Everything looks modern and New great design and clean rooms. Bed felt brand new and pillows were nice. Staff is very friendly and good price. Arrived late and was very tired but the front desk person made our check in easy and understood that we wanted to get in bed. Can't wait to come back again. Thank you for keeping the price low!!

Charged $100 Deposit
A week later returned $50 of the deposit.
I called and asked why and they said blood on the sheets (not true).
I asked for a picture of sheets and they said it wasvover a week ago.
I suggest if you stay here pay the deposit in cash so you can get it back the next day.
Breakfast
No milk
No waffles.
No meat
No eggs
No fruit
Basically oatmeal and bread
And terrible coffee

Reading other reviews others didn't receive deposits back because of dirty towels.. etc.

Very great hotel for just the right price. Nothing crazy over the top but they have everything you need. Our room had couch and coffee table in it, which my two kids loved bc they claimed it as there dining/play area for the night. The lady working was very kind and hardworking. She was pleasant to deal with and also very helpful as she had multiple people trying to check in at one time. We will definitely be staying again there the next time we are in tulsa.

Freshly painted room, had mini refrigerator and microwave, as well as desk space and nightstands. Modern decor was sleek and welcoming. Did have a hair dryer and door had a slight crack near bottom letting in some light but it didn’t affect safely locking. I loved the non smoking environment and felt extremely safe during my stay. Thank you for keeping the costs low as well for travelers in a tight budget. Will stay here again!

Not one thing is under par, nice new rooms, new beds are comfortable, pillows are exceptionally great, towels are new and great, the staff is exceptional! Should be one of your top hotels! Some of the cleanest rooms I have ever had at a motel, they even had the heat on for us! The best staff of any hotel!

We were here to play ball. This hotel was close and I had the Wyndham app. Check in was easy enough, the staff was lovely. We are a family of 4 (2daughters) and when we stepped off the elevator onto our floor (NonSmoking) it smelled like cigarettes so bad. We got to our room, when we walked in it was small and confined, the room was hot and muggy, the toilet wouldnt flush.. it may have been fine under different circumstances, but for $40 more we got a room at the Holiday Inn.. We didn't stay. My children have asthma.

This Microtel was recommended very highly to me by an employee of a nearby LaQuinta Inn that was fully booked, so I took the recommendation. This was a bad choice. After I got into my ADA room, there was no walk-in shower as I was promised. There was only one chair in the room. The room's phone was on the floor because there were no night stands nor writing surfaces, either free standing or attached to the walls. The digital alarm clock had its AC cord wrapped around it. I plugged it in and its buttons didn't work and it felt disgustingly sticky. There was a dead thermostat on the wall with paint from the room's remodeling slopped all over it. So, I turned on the heat on the panel of the heating/AC unit and got remodeling dust blasted at me. It took 10 minutes or more for the burnt smell of the dust to dissipate. There were other "furniture items" not yet installed in the room. There was no hutch with doors for hanging clothes and there was a partially installed modular cabinet back for the TV, refrigerator and microwave on one wall of the room. It had gaping cutouts in the back to pass power cords, but was missing any surrounds or counter top pieces. Hot water in the tub/shower was barely warm enough for comfort and the drizzle from the shower head was putrid. There were stray nails, screws, and paint slop all over the asphalt in the parking lot, as they are still remodeling. I'm fortunate my Michelin tires didn't suffer any punctures. I was careful that my doggie's paws didn't get injured when I took him out for a break. The electronic locks on both doors at each end of this Microtel were not functioning. I had an employee come running to the end of the building I exited with a luggage trolley full of my suitcase, computer bag and other items to be packed in my vehicle in a handicapped space. She began to lecture me about not propping open the door (it set off an alarm), until I challenged her back about both end doors with electronic keycard locks not working. She changed her attitude very quickly after that and even held to door open for me after kicking the prop stone back onto the graveled area near that door. If the condition of my room is indicative of the rest of this hotel, it was definitely NOT ready to be reopened yet. Their remodeling needs a final "quality control" sweep. At least my bed was clean and comfortable. (Not like the LaQuinta in nearby Claremore OK that has Yelp reviews of bed bug infestations.) But I would advise still giving this Catoosa OK's Microtel a "wide berth" for a few months or more until they fix their operational quality problems. Stay away for now.
