A good friend and I rented two rooms at this establishment for a holiday weekend. Upon check in, we were notified they required a 50 dollar cash deposit for each room. Unfortunately, this is above our budget and more than we have at this time, not to mention the rooms we booked are non-refundable. So this guy is trying to screw us out of the room and money. I don't know who does business like this, but it's not only unethical, it is against the law

I knew just by how low the price was I'm not expecting a great updated room, but at least let it be clean enough for me to spend the day there. When I got my room key, I went into my room the sheets were hanging off the bed and it was sunflower seeds and chicken crumbs on it,there was no blanket. I asked if I could get another room he gave me a different room the next room smelled better it did have graffiti everywhere but like I said as long as it was clean. The manager came in with me while I was checking my bed and the sheets ,he said well what I can do is give you you your refund and you can find somewhere else to stay. I didn't even complain about the room, but I guess it was the fact that i was checking my bed for sheets and no crumbs that made him say that. I said, "never did I say I did not want it. I'm checking to make sure what's in the last room Is not in this room.he started talking about well I'm just saying we can give it away to someone else because there's not much I can do. I said, "your prices let me know I'm not going to be expecting the best updated room,I just would like for it to be cleaned properly, for me to stay in. Which it was a better room. The TV didn't work. They do have a nice looking shower though. I took it because like I said it smelled better and there were clean sheets but just because I was checking around doesn't mean he had to pull that ..if you dont like this room you can get your money and get the f*** out card. The hotel is not a nice one but I guess it's more for affairs, and hookups. And before the owner post under my comment saying I didn't stay here, I stayed here may 25 checked in around 1pm of 2019. I stay in Tulsa. Dont try it.

This place charged a deposit.payed with my credit card. We cleaned up in morning and went to window and call no one around, so left the keys in window. At that point like most every other motel in America they simply release the hold for deposit in 3-5 days. Not here they never mentioned or gave me anything saying you must collect deposit with in 24 hours in person or they keep it.. but unannounced by then there is a peice of paper saying this taped off to the side window.. so they refused to give me my deposit back..

the property is older but well kept. My room was clean and comfortable. I was able to get downstairs and park in front of my door. Even though there were many people in the parking lot, I did not hear them in my room. Would definitely stay again.

This Place Was Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!
ROACHES, The attendant was very rude and unhelpful, Only had one towel in the room, The room was FILTHY! had to wear shower shoes on Main floor, Plus had the Absolute NERVE to charge a deposit as much as room, the area was not savory either!!!

Just a terrible place to stay. Save yourself a headache and spend a few extra bucks to stay anywhere else. I reserved the room and paid online, stating that we had a dog, only for the owners to state that they had no idea we had a pet (they advertised as pet-friendly) and charged us the pet fee again. Despite reserving a non-smoking room, they put us in a smoking room that smelled like urine. The pool was also closed, but it looks like it had been closed for a long time. They still advertised the pool though of course, and made it extremely difficult to log into the Wi-Fi. On top of that, pretty much every appliance was broken. TV wouldn't change channels, phone wouldn't work at all, shower leaked and sprayed water all over room, microwave timer was broken, and the air conditioner was extremely loud and rattled the entire night. Just a terrible experience. I didn't see any of the cockroaches others complained about, but it would not surprise me considering the overall state of the building.
