My brother and I arrived before check in time. Jamie was so gracious and nice, we could tell she was honestly disappointed to tell us our room was not ready. Her smile was so nice that we talked about her after we left. When we came back, she gladly helped us get checked in. Her attitude and willingness to help us were the best! I wish all my check ins were this good.|She’s a keeper!

Fantastic hotel! Very reasonable weekday rates too. We were in town due to a family medical emergency and needed to extend our stay. Angel, the front desk lady, was very helpful in getting that taken care of seamlessly and hassle-free. There were some signs up about "pardon the mess; we're remodeling" but I didn't see anything and what I did see seemed to be in excellent condition. Will definitely stay here again.

The facility can easily host large gatherings as well, if you happen to be in the market for such things.

David 💦 made sure the water was just right, ensuring every detail was perfect for my stay. His care and precision did not go unnoticed!

I had the pleasure of meeting Elisa, and she truly embodies beauty both inside and out 🌟. Not only is she physically stunning, but her inner beauty shines through in every action she takes 💖. Despite the phones constantly ringing 📞 and all the chaos around her, she remained calm and composed. Even with all the drama, Elisa took the time to ensure I received a blanket, showing kindness and thoughtfulness that went far beyond what I expected 🙏🧣.

Avoid this hotel - this is coming from a Hilton Honors member.||With booking, requested a crib for the infant.||Day 1: Reminded front desk about crib. Not delivered. Requested 3 more times before they finally could deliver one after 9 pm. Even went down to the front desk to offer to carry it up myself. Heating/cooling was not functional and engineer had to be called to service the room, which really did not function sufficiently until the next day when family returned.|Day 2: Door lock failed. Have had this happen at other hotels and got new keycards twice without success. Finally, front desk attempted to open door. Would not open because the door lock itself broke. While my family was able to go the Gathering Place for over 3 hours, the door was finally fixed and usable. Requested to change rooms but denies due to no rooms available. Online, rooms were available.|Day 3: Arrived back to the hotel to find the door left open with half of the beds made. Reported this to the front desk. Attempted to use the sleeper sofa to discover pizza crusts and a juice box under the couch...we never had pizza in the room.|Day 4: Was given the manager's phone number, Alejandro Soria, but could not reach him as his voice mail was not set up.||Do NOT come to this hotel. The pool is too small and overcrowded. The gym is a disaster. We should have left the second day but you do not have to make that mistake.

Checked in on a Friday April 11 2025 and out on Monday the 14th
The first room they gave me the AC was not working, the second room the deadbolt on the door was not working, so finally the third room seemed to be fine, that was until i took my evening shower and ran out of hot water.
Saturday the hot water was the same and by Sunday no hot water at all. The hotel knew about this and still allowed to let people to check in. We was gone Sunday afternoon and evening and returned to find a note that was slipped under our door stating they had no hot water which i had already knew. I really feel the should of compensated everyone some how as i guess there greed was greater than there customer satisfaction. I did see German cockroaches in the third room i was in. The breakfast was buffet style but everything was cold, not very tasty. Sorry Embassy Suites I-44 you dropped the bar to a new low level. The icing on the cake is i went to the front desk and inquired about there airport shuttle for a ride at 10:00 A.M. i was told they have a contract with the railroad but be here a little before ten which i was, well the shuttle left because they have a contract with the railroad and, so, your pretty much on your own as far as the FREE airport shuttle.

Stayed here for a 3 day business trip but didn't want to pay the prices downtown. It was a convenient drive (10-15 minutes) to the office where I was working and close enough to dining. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good enough, but in the first morning, we had to wait for around 10 minutes for the guy to come out to cook eggs. There was a reception at night, and I had a coupon for a drink/drinks , but it was not very clear of where to use them, so I skipped this. This was a good stay, and I would return again.

It’s a nice hotel, but as I try to eat my dinner at the bar, all the happy hour crowd swarming around like vultures. They should have a separate section for happy hour that’s not at the bar where customers are trying to eat dinner. Wyatt and Angel the bartenders were very nice. They make nice conversation and know how to pour a stiff drink. Disregarding the freeloaders, I give it a good review

Let me first start by saying that I am a Hilton Honors member and I have already called the company to speak with them about this situation and I have not heard back yet. We came here for a family vacation and when I booked the hotel, I requested a crib. When we arrived at the hotel at 4:00 pm, I asked for the crib to be delivered. It didn't take Until three calls later, my husband going down to the front desk to finally get a crib at 9:30 pm My son goes to bed at eight. Then the air conditioning wouldn't work and so we had to call maintenance to come up and fix it.
The next day we got locked out of our room and my husband again went down to change keys twice and it still wouldn't work so the front desk Person came up and tried the door and it wouldn't work. They called and said an engineer would have to come fix the door. It took three hours for them to finally fix the door. We couldn't go anywhere during that time because someone had to stay in our room. We requested to change rooms and they told us that there were no rooms available. When I went online, I found that there were plenty of rooms available so I don't know why they told us there were no rooms available. Then the next day while we were gone, we came back to our room door left open and one of our beds was made, but the other bed was not made. We did not get any explanation of why our door was left open. As well, the pool was extremely crowded and they only had hand towels. They didn't have any body towels to dry off with. I am very disappointed in this hotel. We have stayed at the Embassy suites before in Omaha and we loved it so we thought we would try it in Tulsa. I would not recommend this hotel.
