I am a slow traveler/solo traveler and I found myself on a quick turnaround trip through Tulsa! I love this neat, convenient hotel with super early morning shuttle service located just mere minutes away- right here on the airport premises! Demarco and Juan were amazing Hilton Hosts! I’ll be back here for sure! The outstanding service offered and exceptional hospitality makes me so proud to be a loyal Hilton member! Keep up the fantastic work, Gentlemen! Nothing insane but perfect for if you’re looking for a fairy priced hotel to sleep at for the night. Breakfast costs extra but parking is free. Beds weren’t extremely comfortable but again, for the price it was a pretty good stay. Rooms were clean and the Hilton app made check in and check out smooth!

Super friendly staff & clean facility. They allow you to leave your car parked for a small fee, i believe it's $7 per day while you're away. Their airport shuttle starts running at 0330

Pet friendly & close to home. We were having work done in our HVAC system in the heat of summer. Of course things went wrong and it was 100 degrees outside. This was our home away from home. Pet friendly was the key as we had our dog with us. Rooms were fine, of course we didn't have air at home so any air was golden. I took biz calls outside on their patio in the morning. This wasn't a staycation so we weren't concerned about being close to things and shops. If you're visiting Tulsa you're not near a lot, but everything is not too far away. And door dash delivers😂

The location is nice. That's it. The bed is an absolute nightmare. Mildew in the shower. Stains on the rug. But, let me reiterate, the bed is horrible. Room 133.
My mom is handicap and it's a handicapped room. DO BETTER!

Let me start with the positive. The location is great. It’s basically on airport property. If you were making a quick stop in Tulsa and simply need convenience, this is a great place to stay. The breakfast was decent. The lobby was bright and clean.

Having settle of that, the staff was quite unfriendly. The bed was one of the worst I’ve ever slept on. It must not have been changed out in years. The pillows were even worse. I don’t even know if they could be considered pillows anymore. More just piles of crumpled foam. Not good. It was also a little stinky in the room. Kind of a musty smell.

This is just not the type of place you want to stay for any extended amount of time.

Worst Hilton property ever? Probably. I’ve never seen someplace so so so outdated and run down. Should be embarrassed Hilton!
Gym - one out of ten. Broken equ. Stinky super small room. Horrible.
Room- one out of ten. Room like from the 80’s
Bar restaurant - zero out of ten. Never seen anything this bad from Hilton.
Food- if you want bar food, maybe 2 out of 10. Crazy bar

It’s 2025 and this place hasn’t had ANY UPDATES since like never, early 1984? Wow.
I stayed here because of the location to the airport - I will do my research moving forward. And I’m a Hilton guy. This property gives Hilton a bad wrap but I would expect Hilton to know this!

This hotel is amazingly convenient to the Tulsa Airport, and for that, I would recommend it if you want a safe place to stay that is within the Hilton network.||I checked in from the Hilton app, selected my room on the 1st floor, and got my digital key all easily and conveniently, exactly as it is designed. These aspects went very well.||As I got settled in, I started noticing things that were not up to the Hilton standard. The curtains - both sides, were cut and torn. I went to turn the lamp on by the bed and one of the switches didn't work; the other did. It turns out that it wasn't the switch, it only had one of two bulbs in the lamp. The shade was marked up and someone else's long hair is stuck to it. And, when I went into the bathroom, there was a horrible stain and the wallpaper was peeling to the left of the toilet. All things that don't suggest that the hotel is clean, or ran properly.||As a traveler that stays at a LOT of Hilton properties each year, I like the consistency. I know what I'm going to get. Unfortunately, this property is not up to Hilton standards. I called down to talk to the front desk the next morning about the issues and they seemed un-engaged. I stopped down at the front desk to tell them about the issues and all they said was that they would "pass this on to management."||I tried looking up the general managers name and email address, but it is next to impossible to find it, or I would have written them this email instead of posting it publicly. However, I feel that for the hotel to take this seriously, they need to make changes, upgrades, and refresh the property to provide their guests the level of hospitality one expects when they come to a Hilton property.||In my room, there is a sign that talks about "The Hilton Garden Inn PROMISE" that reads: Our goal is to make your stay better and brighter. If something isn't just the way you like it, simply let any hotel team member know, and we will make it right. Guaranteed.||Unfortunately, they did not make this right. What is their guarantee worth at this property? Giving 3 out of 5. As I said, the staff was generally pleasant, the common areas were clean, the app worked, the door lock worked with the app; a lot was as expected.
