Needed a Hilton Property to pop into for the night with my wife and granddaughter. An event was showing most Tulsa Properties full. This one showed prior reviews with concerns with the constriction going on, So, I called the property and was assured the total remodel has half way completed and the rooms in use were finished. Well, decided to visit the property prior to booking. TEYA, who was at the Front Desk, gladly showed me a room. Indeed, we stayed, The stay was fantastic. We will gladly stay here again - as we are in Tulsa often for events and visiting family. Common Area - clean, inviting, newly remodeled, inviting. Breakfast - Hot, well stocked and enjoyable. Room - Very clean, very new, King with a pull out for 2 adults and a child, worked well for us. The layout of the bathroom sink was challenging, but we made it work. Hallways - clean and well kept newly renovated. Outside - shows that construction is going on with storage containers in the back, but very safe area, well lighted and easy parking. Another Shout Out to Teya - She fielded my phone call taking ownership of the property as if it was the owner, Told me about the areas under renovation,, how it would effect our stay, and once at the property insured that we were happy with the accommodations. Wish every hotel we stayed at had front desk personnel like her. Thank you Teya

We went after the renovations were...I would say 90% complete, and it seems like they did a great job renovating the place. The rooms, at least ours, had two beds as well as a pull out bed on the couch. All of the renovations are clean looking and well set up. Beds are on the firm to very firm side.

The breakfast area is still under slight construction (early March 2025), so not all stations were fully equipped, but they still had a very nice setup, and the staff was keeping everything stocked quite well.

The gym is also quite nice for this type of hotel, with most cardio setups in one room, while most strength training items are in a separate but connected room.

Even with the minor construction that is still taking place, everything went well. It was quiet and comfortable. The front meeting spaces are also organized quite well.

Beware to all potential residents at this hotel: it is under construction and a huge mess. It appears that they are refurbishing the top three floors, but the bottom two are very worn and dated. The room itself is a good size, but there are a lot of things that need to be fixed. The shower is either scalding hot or ice cold and sometimes won't turn off all the way. The air conditioner sounds like a train going through the room when it comes on. The pool area is completely unusable, and there's a tree growing out of the pool. The icing on the cake, was when the power went off to the entire hotel. I tried speaking with the woman working at the front desk, and she was very rude to me. She told me she didn't know what was going on and if we had to move to a different hotel she couldn't tell me if they would give me a refund for this night. We couldn't leave the room without risking locking ourselves out. In addition there was no air conditioning and the hallway and stairwell were very dark. This hotel certainly does not live up to Hilton standards and I will be finally in a formal complaint with them as well.

I am shocked that this hotel is still booking rooms. It is (& has been) undergoing a complete renovation for more than 1 year now. I visit the area regularly and can say the difference between early September and mid November is shocking. I thought it had completely shut down as the parking lot is full of containers and one of the entrances is blocked off. The pool is now a hole in the ground. The workers stared at me like I was trespassing when I drove in. The hotel website only indicates the kitchen is undergoing renovation (yeah, in some long lost plan). ||||Really, I wouldn't book this place (especially at the rates that the Hilton website is asking (circa $140-150/night!) until the renovation is 100% complete. There are multiple other better value options in the immediate vicinity.

If you are looking to stay at this hotel don’t!! I think Hilton show remove this hotel! My husband and I stayed here upon recommendation of Hilton Hotels. My husband was having surgery at St Francis Hospital and this hotel is close, when we arrived the front desk clerk was very rude!! The lobby and a lot of the hotel is under construction. They gave us a disabled room that we did not ask for! The bed was so low and horrible!!! The next morning when my husband went to the car he said the hotel was locked down and unsafe that we needed Tim get out of there! When I called and talked to Kiesey the manager she was no help!! Find a better hotel to spend your money!!!

The General Manager Ginger , is completely disrespectful, all I did was ask a question and she wants to get an attitude, if your going to be a manager, show people proper etiquette , especially someone who's working for you, or trying to make your company better in any way. the woman is down right RUDE and has no Respect for anyone BUT HERSELF!

Moved to 4 different rooms within first 72 hours of a 6 week stay, due to a leak, then a broken pullout bed, then another broken pullout bed, the last 3 moves all within night hours of 10p.m.-2a.m.

Then was notified on day 13, the day before checkout on our first 14 day stay, and check in on our 28 day stay, all paid in advance, was told they would not be honoring our 28 day reservation.

Horrific Management.

Stay somewhere else.

I know that they were in the middle of construction. But it was a Suite...nice kitchen but nothing was provided. When asked any questions the answer was always "they are on order". Staff was rude, the breakfast was a joke. Went to put cream cheese on my bagel and it was moldy.
