Our stay on Saturday, November 9, resulted in the best customer service I've ever encountered at a hotel. Lindsey and Leah at the front desk are outstanding! Management should be very proud to have them on staff! We had a few last-minute special requests, including a change to an Accessible room, and they went above and beyond to meet our needs. The room was very clean, and the mattresses and bedding were extremely comfortable. Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa/Centra is our new "go to" hotel in Tulsa!

The rooms were clean and staff friendly. The breakfast was ok but heavy on the carb options and light on protein. All of the hotels were using powdered eggs (assume due to high cost) and those were terrible. The hotel seemed secure - backed up against the interstate and fence all around. Winter visit so no chance to use outside amenities. Good value for the price.

Room appeared clean. Bed comfortable- we slept soundly. Great water pressure in shower and plently of hot water. Hot breakfast choices were the same all 3 mornings. Scrambled eggs or cheese omlette and sausage. Hoping for some sort of potato and bacon as an option one of the days. Good location. Shout out to Keith checking on us throughout our stay.

One bed had suspicious brown/yellow stains on the sheet.
Other than that, everything was great.
Surprisingly quiet for being right next to the highway.
Super chill laid back atmosphere, exactly the right one for good relaxation.
10/10 would stay here again.

This hotel recently completed a renovation. The hotel, rooms, and first floor area have been updated and it's very nice and clean. The room was quiet, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was clean. My only complaint is pillows, and this is for the whole Hilton chain. The pillows are terrible and I usually wake up with a sore neck. This hotel has a great staff and great location.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this location in October of 2024. It was a wonderful experience!|Very friendly staff, and the cleaning staff needs to be recognized for their wonderful services. Our room was absolutely spotless!!! Thank you for giving us a great time in Tulsa! We will definitely come back to this hotel when we visit again!!!

The staff was amazing, the guys working the front desk made check in easy! The rooms were clean, the location was great. Their breakfast was great with lots of options, like an oatmeal bar, waffle station, cereal, cheese omelettes, sausage, potatoes and several toast options. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

Hampton front desk employees Isabelle and a tall gentleman with glasses(Alfie?) made a big difference in our stay here during the weekend of November 23/24, 2024.

Renovations - Nov 23, 2024 Some finalized renovations going.(Breakfast area & stairwell)

Room - updated and clean. Missing Microwave(no big deal for us, they offered to get one but we declined partly as we didn't need one and the front desk was swamped under.)

Breakfast - Typical Hampton breakfast spread. Sausage patties, premade omelets and potatoes, yogurt, bread, oatmeal and some fruit.

Hotel location - fair area. Just bunch of hotels in area. And some apartment style housing in area.

Would we stay again - yes
