I’ve been staying long-term at this Marriott property for work, and my experience has been absolutely wonderful. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with an attentive housekeeping team that consistently ensures my room is spotless. The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly makes me feel at home.

One of the standout features is the outdoor amenities. There’s a fantastic pool area, as well as a beautifully designed outdoor kitchen space. The kitchen includes a gas fireplace, two gas grills, and plenty of seating—perfect for relaxing or socializing. It’s a unique touch that adds a lot of charm to the property.

In addition, the hotel provides many thoughtful amenities, making packing light a breeze. Overall, this Marriott location has exceeded my expectations and made my long-term stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional service and cleanliness.

When we arrived, Vanessa greeted us warmly and quickly assigned us the room we requested. She got us the extra towels my wife always needs, and did so each night of our 3-day stay. She also kindly gave us a late checkout, as we were exhausted from visiting the hospital for an ill relative. Gloria made an excellent breakfast with the traditional Southern biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage. The room was perfect, and we never heard any sounds from anyone in the hall or adjoining rooms. We appreciated the spacious parking lot and the proximity to major arteries leading to Tulsa. This has been our "go-to" hotel for many years when we visit our family in Tulsa. We always know we can enjoy a reliable, friendly, efficient experience.

While the rooms are showing their age, they were clean and well kept. The staff was outstanding, super friendly and helpful. Our breakfast host, Flor, was the kindest person I met on my whole trip. Thanks for making us feel welcome.

It was a wonderful room, me and my daughter stayed there after a craft event. Every thing smelled clean. The room was very clean with clean sheet, towels and pullout bed. The lady at the front desk was really nice also. We will definitely stay the night there again.

We had to attend two family funerals on the same day, 200 miles away. We arrived tired at 10:30 pm for a 2-day stay, At the front desk, Vanessa and Elizabeth greeted us like family, and quickly checked us into our studio room with the king bed. They brought us the extra towels we always need. After the funerals, Vanessa volunteered to bring our extra towels to our room, which was so kind. The next morning, we were still exhausted. We asked for a late checkout and Vanessa, Bless Her Heart, was able to do it. I also commend Christina, Head of the Housekeeping Service. She and her crew always provide an immaculate room with everything in its place. The entire hotel is spotless. The breakfast was the Oklahoma Favorite, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage and many other choices. Enjoy!

We have stayed at Townplace Suites multiple times for business. The location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the customer service has been welcome in a time when that seems to be lost. I would suggest this property to anyone making a stop in Broken Arrow OK. Gary

They charged me $121 for incidentals on my credit card, it wasn’t supposed to post yet when I called to ask about it, they said that their processing people was posting charges that never should have posted and they were working on it, almost two months later and still no resolve to this issue. They want their money right away yet they have no problem holding yours up! If you stay here beware they will post the incidentals and you will have to fight to get it back.

My family is currently here on an extended stay while my husband is in the area for work. We have been here since February 28th and the staff is wonderful and all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good and the options switch up frequently. Everyone here has been super welcoming and overall amazing customer service. Any issues that pop up are resolved right away. One afternoon I ran out of milk and one of the kids was begging for cereal. I went to the front desk and asked even though it was after breakfast if I could just grab one little milk carton. Suzan amazingly unlocked the breakfast fridge and grabbed some milk saving the day!!!!! The only negative is the hotel is currently undergoing renovations and it can be quite noisy during the day when putting the 1yr old down for a nap but other than that it has been a wonderful stay here. They even have dog treats in the lobby for your 4 legged kids. We plan on staying here again after returning from a short trip. Definitely recommend! Pet friendly and kid friendly!!! Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping has been amazing! The hotel is in perfect walking distance to a little ice cream shop and a few different food places as well.
