The rooms are modern and got everything you need, and the hotel is good overall. But at this specific location, the obvious issues are:
1. Poor cleaning; while the room looked clean, we found hair on the pillows, the floors were dusty as if not vacuumed, and the washroom sink was dirty with.
2. Inexperienced front desk: The check-in gentleman around 8 p.m. was good. However, the next day, in the morning, the lady was playing videos on her phone around 6 a.m., and since the reception area is open to the second floor, I woke up because of that, along with banging doors and some other things. Dont bother to say good morning, she was so busy to great you back and she cannot hear because of the noise from her phone
3. The Coffee is undrinkable in my opinion. The worst coffee I ever had in a hotel.
So, this location is not a bad choice if you just wanna sleep and wake up before 6 and leave.

This place needs a lot of improvement and better staff. We’re a family of 6 staying one night passing through town but still should have had a better experience. The bathroom was the worst the shower curtain sits in the middle of the bar because it’s curved and broken so water was EVERYWHERE. The door handle came off luckily not locking anyone in the bathroom. There were also dirty towels hung up like they were clean. In the morning when you get breakfast the staff is in there making their own food and gives the paying guests attitude about them having to wait to get food for themselves. They shouldn’t even have been getting the food until after guests eating time. The front desk clerk was not at the front desk she was FaceTiming on her phone at the tables like she was a guest eating and didn’t even have a name badge on. The food was cold and the coffee was disgusting it tasted like cough syrup. I personally won’t be staying here again.

A very good stay. Room was clean and well maintainded. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Pete at the main lobby during the day was very good help. ||The only complaint we have is the lack of help during the early morning at breakfast and the lobby desk. The young man at he lobby desk had to run the breakfast area also. Just too much for one person..

A comfortable place to spend the night on a road trip. Access to and from I-44 are pretty simple. My only issue is the lack of later restaurants to eat. That, of course, has nothing to do with the hotel, but if you pull off later in the evening, your pickings for food within a short distance are kinda limited. That being said, if I found myself in Tulsa again, I'd stay here again.

From there it's all downhill:
Smell 1/5 - the smell of "freshness" hits you like a truck walking through the front doors. If you are sensitive to chemical smells avoid like the plague.
Cleanliness 2/5: beds were nicely made and things were "clean" but the cleaning solution used to mop the floors was left to dry and the entire floor was tacky. Furniture is stained (see pic).
Weight room 0/5: Elliptical and treadmill were both out of order
Bathroom 1/5: a new counter had been installed and was so long there was barely any room to sit, much less make a wheelchair transfer (this was a handicap accessible room). Pics below.

I think this hotel is probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed !!! Room was great, good bed, good pillows, CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. The bathroom was very large, and also clean. The check in was easy, the check out was also very easy. Staff was pleasant. No complaints at all.

Pete was great. The hotel was very nice we stayed 3 nights and we enjoyed it and will book there again next year for the national arabain show. Not far from the expo and restaurants

Hard to know what to expect when booking a hotel online but I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The gentleman Pete at the front desk was very polite even though I felt like I was bugging him for extra towels, cups, bedding. In the morning during breakfast, he made multiple rounds to make sure things were clean and filled any food that was getting low.

If I had to complain about one thing, the bacon was not great, very thin like paper. Otherwise, the rest of the breakfast was what you’d expect from a continental breakfast, not bad enough to lower my review because it’s a hotel, not a restaurant.

I would 100% recommendation anyone to stay here for the budget price, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff member we interacted with the most.
