Excellent vintage hotel, fantastic retro room with retro tv, typewriter, rotary telephone. Fantastic bathroom with 66 built into tiles. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone travelling route 66. Very reasonable price and within easy access of many things to see

I thought this would be a cool, historic Route 66 motel to stay in. Our first room reeked of smoke and the fridge and microwave didn’t work. We asked and were switched with ease to one of the Route 66 themed rooms, which was slightly nicer than the first. So - why not just put us in a nicer room to start? Also - no coffee option. We had to drive to the diner down the street.

Great hotel and staff. I recently stayed for three nights, and the room was clean, and had great vintage atmosphere. I’m a sucker for the “mother road” of Route 66, and couldn’t resist the charm of this place. It did not disappoint. The area was quiet, and I felt safe. Although not a negative, it is an old hotel that the owners are doing a great job at keeping up with, but don’t expect a Hilton.

This was one of the classic Route 66 hotels where we stayed on our trip. We had a great experience. The room was decorated in a classic style. The tile work in the bathroom was well done. Everything was very clean. The front desk was helpful and check-in was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay.

I'm traveling Route 66 with a friend and almost didn't stay here because of the bad reviews, but I'm glad I did. The sign is classic, the owners nice, and the room was fine. It could use a coat of paint and a deep clean in the corners, but the tile in the bathroom was gorgeous, and there was a fridge! It was also quiet at night.||The area felt perfectly safe for two single women. It was a little industrial, which isn't uncommon in the old Route 66 motels. Bonus: it's just down the road from two Route 66 staples: Ike's Chili and Tally's.||A bunch of other people traveling Route 66 got out their guitars, and we had a sing-along at night. It was a great time!

Stayed here one night on our Route 66 trip. We had a beautiful room (#101). It was clean, smelled good and was great price (€68). Obviously it was not brand new but vintage made it charming. Receptionist was very nice and accommodating. Would stay again and recommend.

I stayed one night here and everything was excellent. There were some vintage items in the rooms (even a working rotary telephone) and it was well placed to shopping and dining by car just a few minutes away.

I love the decor, the staff, and the general ambiance of the place. Can’t wait to return!
