First time coming here and I'm a big Bbq fan. I grew up in the Carolinas , also lived in Texas , and now live in Las Vegas where we have a ton of Bbq restaurants. I've tried almost all of the ones in Vegas and they are mostly a mix of Texas Bbq and St. Louis Bbq. We did have a Memphis Bbq restaurant years ago , but it was awful and way too salty. Most of the Vegas Bbq places do good brisket and ribs , but nobody is the best all around.

My son and daughter in law came here a couple months ago and sent me pictures and told me about it. I came to visit them in Mustang the first week of April and we came in and got a table full of stuff. Ha ha. They were really excited to see how I rated everything. They really like it. The Brisket Chili was really good and came with Cornbread that was big and moist. I hate when you get that dry oven cooked cornbread that falls apart. The Chicken Wings were really good and didn't need any sauce , but a dip here and there in the ranch is fine. The Bbq Pig Skins were better than the ones I've had in Vegas. Good flavor and crunch.

Burnt Ends were good and not overcooked like some places do. Ribs were very good with no sauce. I tried all 3 of the sauces and they were all very molasses strong which I didn't care for at all. Maybe a little in the bbq sauce , but the sauce was black due to so much that was in it. I've never seen black bbq sauce. I think the Competition one tasted the best and my son liked the Spicy one the best , but I just couldn't eat it. Brisket was good , but not great. It's hard to find a place that makes great brisket , but I've found a few. Pulled Pork was just average. I love the Carolina Whole Hog Pulled Pork with the Vinegar Based Sauce and I can also do the Mustard Vinegar Sauce. Even some Texas Style Places can do Pulled Pork good , but not usually real good and with the Tomato Based Sauces.

The Mashed Potatoes were real good and the Mac-n-Cheese was okay , but I'm not a big Mac-n-Cheese guy except for this one place in Vegas that does a 5 cheese one that is the best I've ever had. My daughter in law liked it a lot though. The Bbq Potato Chips were pretty good also. The Hot Links were not bad , but I wish we would've gotten Jalapeno ones , but my daughter in law doesn't like spicy. So we got the regular ones.

I know I'm more of a critic than most and I'm sure lots of people love your food. I hope you don't think I'm talking down of your restaurant. I just put it above average. I do like the decor and our server was great , attentive , and really nice. I like the back patio and there was a live 2 person band playing for some guests outside. I would come back again when I visit my family and I see this place is pretty popular. I know there must be a ton of Bbq restaurants in OKC.

We stopped in here while traveling and were served by Ashley F. We asked her for her favorites and we tried them all (we think!) and she had fantastic recommendations! In the middle of a cross country PCS, we were so hungry, tired (thanks for the fresh coffee!) and wanting some good local food. Boy did we pick the right place to visit! We were able to try a pizza recommendation and some wings and we shared everything family style so we could all taste as much as possible. The kids weren’t as much of a fan of the jalapeño hot link as I was but literally everything was delicious. We grabbed some spices and sauce to add to our cabinet but I can’t imagine they last long once we get to our new home. Thanks for a great experience and if you’re reading this and can- go get some of this food and try everything that we did and everything that we can’t!

First time at Clark’s. Service was excellent food was delicious. The deviled eggs and pork skins were absolutely amazing! Fried pickles okay but I prefer more of a dill pickle flavor. Chicken wings were tender and skin was crispy. The pork was flavorful but the stellar meat was the RIBS! So tender and smoked perfectly. My favorite of the sides were the beans, okra and corn. I wasn’t a fan of the potato salad but that is a personal preference. Competition Sauce is fabulous!
I will come back because there are so many different things to try.

Food is alright, could’ve been better! The burnt ends are good, ribs are a bit tough. We did go in the summer, and they did not have enough capacity indoors for the whole party so we were given the patio seat, weather was not the greatest!

Sliced brisket was delicious and the same for the burnt ends. bologna burnt ends were to me over cooked and sort of rubbery, good flavor though. Ribs pulled off the bones and were delicious. We had the creamed corn, fried okra and baked beans. All of which were delicious too. the Mac and cheese was good. The cornbread was delicious too. Service was great, our waitress was very informative for our first time. Overall we had a great experience. Oh and the jalapeno hot link to me was overcooked also. It was very dry. One of my favorite things we tried was the stone ground mustard, now that was over the top. The BBQ sauce, I loved the spicy and the original but just like the bottle said for the competition BBQ sauce, it was a little sweet for me.

The Clark Crews BBQ is so etibly good! Sweet moist cornbread to tender fish strips to bomb cold slaw! Also as soon as you walk in you see all the awards to prove Clarks is that good. I Loved the ambiance and they even have an huge screened in porched area in the back if you wanna feel more outside which is cool. With TV's everywhere and a great drinking selection to go with your food (non-alcoholic to alcoholic) you can't go wrong going there. Let Vonna at the bar take care of you! She really Our first time here and we loved it! That brisket mac and cheese is the best I've ever had. I also had the "Hail Mary" bloody mary, spicy and sweet. with a whole piece of bacon, olives, pork skin and burnt end of brisket I liked it but the sweet part wasn't for me. We will definitely be back again and again 🙂

I have been to a lot of BBQ places, but this is by far the best. I see why they get so many awards. The beans were like magic. I can’t tell you enough to make this place your stop. The service was great, and the vibe was cool. The place was clean, and they offered a military discount.
