If you haven’t been to Zero Tolerance in a while, you won’t believe the glow up they did earlier this year. It’s gorgeous! I had such a great visit today and can’t wait to bring my family back. Alena was extremely hospitable and welcoming, the chocolate tastes every bit as good as I remembered (those single origin dark chocolate bars 😍), and the new look is cozy and rich. You’ll also see signs of a fun sense of humor. Super fun!

3.5 stars. Love the ambiance and wanted to love the place. Unfortunately some important pieces fell short of hopes and expectations. First the batista seemed depressed, he barely muttered a hello to my wife and I after I cheerfully greeted him first.

We came here to try the chocolate selection and the signature Hot Chocolate. While it was very pretty, it was luke warm, watered down and Chalky. Not Chocolately.

The chocolates were fine and pretty but I've had better at generic shops or from Trader Joe's with way better prices.

The atmosphere saved it from a worse review. It could be amazing if they put a little more love into the actual chocolate offerings.

The cup of coffee I had here was easily 5 out of 5 stars!

I got a Mocha Latte (hot, of course) and it was phenomenal!

This coffee shop takes the process of making coffee to the next level — from bean selection and roasting to filtering the water they use to brew it.

It was excellent, and if that weren’t enough, they make their own chocolate, too!

Do yourself a favor and swing on by for a cup when you’re in the neighborhood. (Even if you’re not in the neighborhood, make the trip. It’s worth it!)

Prepared for Lupercalia holiday this year and wow these dipped strawberries were shocking! Chocolate is some of the best in the city, and staff is so great! Thank you, will be back soon!

Nice little cozy coffee shop! 1st time here and it was a nice experience. The lady who served us was really wonderfull and helpful. Me and my friend got the affogato and it was amazing! Definitely going back if I am in this part of town. I would highly recommend this to my friends.

Cute little coffee shop with pastries and gelato! Every once in a while they’ll have live music! Sweetest people working there too! I got the hot chocolate and it was delicious! I believe they make it will real chocolate! My sister got one of their lattes and it was really good as well!

This coffe shop is lovely. Has everything I love: coffee, chocolates, gelato and pastries. I’m so sad I didn’t find this gem sooner. Coffe strong and flavorful, good vibes and vintage ambiance.

Why have you not tried this place? Never heard of it? Well, trust me, YOU ARE MISSING OUT!

Coffee? It’s hand ground. Bread? Home made. Fruit? Locally grown.

And it IS DELICIOUS! don’t even get me started on the amazing costumer service and the chocolate! Oh my, the chocolate…

But seriously, this place is amazing. You’ll never drink coffee from anywhere else.
