My experience at this establishment was pretty good. It isn't a fancy place, but I was served some delicious food. They could use a few more servers, but the ones working last night were always busy and helping customers. Our server was friendly and helpful and brought us what we asked for in a timely fashion. We started with the calamari which was pretty good, loved the crispy batter it was fried in. For my main meal, I ordered the seafood boil with 1/2 lb snow crab, 1/2 lb shrimp, and 1/2 lb sausage, 1 corn, 1 potato, and 1 egg. I got it mild with the garlic butter. It was a lot of food and so delicious. I will definitely return.

UPDATE: My kids INSISTED on trying again. I knew better! WHY DOES NO ONE CLEAN? IT IS SO DISGUSTING! I refuse to use the bathroom here, not even to wash my hands. The towelettes smell like cat urine. Is there no management? I am partially wondering if they've had a health inspection. Once again I'm saying I will not be back. I'll drive to the one on 240!

I'm going to start out by saying DEVIN WAS AMAZING. He came by the table often checking on us. Got our food out, got our ticket. Refilled our drinks and was very friendly. IF we go back we will make sure its when he is working and request him. I GIVE HIM 5 STARS.

However I gave the business itself 2 stars because the place was not clean. There was mold on the sink knobs, the walls in the bathroom was so disgusting. I didn't even want to go to the bathroom, I waited. The toilet was dirty. The napkin holder on our table had crusty dried funk all over it. Honestly it was a good dinner because of Devin but the Cleanliness was a complete fail. Seriously someone needs to deep clean that bathroom top to bottom. Wipe down the napkin holders after each guest. Don't leave the sticky hand prints on them.

We usually go to the Pier 88 on I 240 and have never seen anything like this.
I really wanted to give 5 starts just for the service alone but the Cleanliness was very disappointing.

Worst service I have ever had! We had a party of three, we all ordered crab legs and were only given 2 metal crab crackers! I asked for a third set and was told each waitress is only given 6 per shift! So another waitress came to our table to loan us one of “her crackers” and….asked us to please not to steal them because it would come out of her pocket! I was beside myself which then made me question what kind of place we were in since we are not from the area! It would have been different if we were given normal silverware I could have used the metal fork but no we were given flimsy plastic wear! I have never been insulted by a waitress in my entire life until today!

Love the house seasoning. Fresh seafood and friendly staff. Really liked the house punch and it was cheap.

I want to send a huge KUDOS and shout out to this facility! I left my Gold MK watch Friday and I just returned on Sunday and they returned it! Integrity is rare! This watch holds a sentimental value as well. The food was SUPERB as usual! Thank you all so much for returning this prized possession to me!

Was here for over an hour after we ordered. Food was cold when we finally received it. Cut our fingers up trying to open crab legs without crab crackers. After food was put on table never saw waitress again until she gave us the bill. Also received a beer in broken cracked glass. Had to get waitress to replace it. Not worth coming. Wont be back.

We were very impressed. The mozzarella sticks were great for an appetizer and the crab & shrimp boil was just as amazing! We will definitely be returning. It was pretty quiet for a Saturday afternoon which I hate to see but it is just a sign of the times! Overall 5+ star for sure. Thank you for a fantastic meal!
