I recently stayed at this location due to its convenient proximity to the facility where I was having surgery—it was close enough to walk, which made things much easier. As a Marriott Titanium Elite member, I booked my room using points, which typically only requires a $20 deposit for incidentals.

At check-in, the front desk associate, Vanessa, charged the expected $20. However, once I got to my room and checked my account, I noticed an unexpected additional charge of $30. I returned to the front desk to ask about it, but Vanessa didn’t offer much clarity—she simply shrugged and told me I’d need to speak with “them” when they returned. When I asked who she meant, she said the managers in the morning.

Thankfully, the manager I spoke with the next morning after my surgery was helpful and resolved the issue. Even he was unsure why the extra $30 had been charged, but I appreciated his assistance in getting it taken care of.

Overall, the stay was convenient and the issue was eventually resolved, but the initial confusion and lack of communication at the front desk could definitely be improved.

Great place to stay! Very clean. Desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't bad, just your typical hotel fare. I'll stay there again.
The only complaint I have is that they need to replace the living room couch.

The rooms here are not bad. The shower is a little small, but the Manager and staff are amazing folks. Super helpful, friendly, and attentive to guests. I stay a lot of places and know great service when I get it. Overall, if Marriott would invest a little more in the facility this place would be super!!! My overall experience here is the best I’ve had in OKC. Great people make for a great stay!

Had to give them 4 stars because this was the day it was so cold! They could have turned the heat on in our room before we checked in, especially since we were actually late checking in. Otherwise the room and hotel were great. Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was convenient. Easy access to Kilpatrick turnpike and restaurants, Quail Springs Mall.

This hotel was easy to check into and the staff were nice. It did look recently updated however, the color combination makes it look drab. I loved it. I would give it five stars but the shower is set up stupid to turn on. You have to stand all the way in the shower. Secondly, the shampoo and body wash were both empty.

SpringHill Suites – Oklahoma: A Comfortable, Functional Stay with a Few Minor Mysteries

The SpringHill Suites in Oklahoma stood before me, a modern temple of functionality, its glowing blue logo a beacon for weary travelers. As I stepped inside, I was met with a sense of familiarity—the SpringHill template, executed with precision. A spacious sitting area, an inviting king-sized bed, and a couch that seemed to whisper, “Stay awhile.”

The room was pristine, impeccably clean, as if designed for a man on the run—a place where you could disappear for a night and leave no trace. The shower had excellent water pressure, a sudden and welcome force that erased the road dust with surgical precision.

Beyond the window, gas stations and restaurants formed a grid of convenience, their neon signs blinking in unspoken coordination with the highway traffic. The parking lot stretched wide and generous, an expanse of asphalt waiting for its next set of weary wheels.

Yet, anomalies surfaced. The TV worked, but the channel listings were blank—a puzzle with no solution. Was it a system malfunction? A test of patience? A minor inconvenience, but an unexpected one.

Then there was the elevator. It functioned, yet it spoke in cryptic tones—mechanical groans and whirs that suggested ancient secrets within its steel frame. It never failed, never faltered, but its whispered warnings made the ascent feel like a journey into the unknown. Still, I never felt unsafe.

SpringHill Suites Oklahoma is precisely what it promises to be—a well-located, comfortable place to rest, functional in every way that matters. It may not hold the secrets of the Vatican or the lost symbols of a forgotten order, but for a night on the road, it delivers what is most needed: a clean room, a solid bed, and a place to disappear—if only until morning.

Very clean. Customer service was excellent. I checked in early morning at 4 am, and when I requested for late checkout (like 1 pm), front desk team was very generous and extended me until 4 pm which I didn’t think of. Had a great stay. Thank you from my end

The quality of this Springhill Suites was subpar in comparison to other Springhill Suites and Marriott hotels. Our room was not cleaned prior to check-in and they never rectified the situation. Service was poor and it was a frustrating experience. I’ll detail all that happened below. We were there 3 nights and they never cleaned.
Location is about 20 minutes to the main attractions downtown with easy access off the highway.

1) When we entered our room, we found the floor still had crumbs on them so they obviously had not vacuumed before check-in. We asked for them to clean it but the front desk said they had no one on site who could do it (it was in the evening time). Our options were to change rooms (which we did not want to do because we were next door to family) or they could clean it the next day. We opted for the next day. Also, that night, we found a gum wrapper on the bedside table. More proof the room had not been cleaned.

2) The next morning we reminded the front desk that we needed the cleaning as we headed out for the day. When we returned, the room had not been cleaned at all. No vacuum, no beds made, no new towels.

3) Our room didn’t have a hair dryer so we asked for one to be put in our room when we reminded them to clean. Because no one cleaned it, they also didn’t bring us a hair dryer.

4) When we called the front desk, they said rooms are only cleaned every other day which is why no one came. Even though we asked twice.

5) Next day, same thing happened. We reminded them in the morning and by night no one had come. We also ran out of body soap and had told them about it. But nope, no one came in the day.

6) The breakfast was not well monitored so each morning we had to go tell them to put out more cups, waffle mix, etc.

Would not recommend staying here. We were told the problems were due to staffing shortages due to a strike but from reading other reviews, it sounds like cleanliness is an ongoing problem.
