Positive: The breakfast was amazing! Selections outstanding Negative: The room (2 queen beds), is quite literal. There is absolutely barely any maneuverability. No closet, microwave, or coffee maker. (There is coffee, teas, and hot chocolate 24/7 in the main lobby)The air system is terrible!

This is a good hotel! Not luxurious, but the beds are comfy, the breakfast is fine, and the location is good. Yes the street outside can be a bit noisy but just bring ear plugs. The rooms are small but we weren't going to be hanging out there. I'll be back!

Positive: The bed was firm and comfortable. The room over all was very clean. Negative: I would have liked a few more options for breakfast, eggs without cheese, maybe offer some bacon and biscuits and gravy.

Ladies at front desk were both friendly an very helpful especially the lady that works evenings. An breakfast was delicious way better then ines I stayed in for double the price. Rooms are nice an clean as well but the people working make a great stay

Not for me. Hotel rooms are way too small and without the room amenities I expect when I book a hotel. To be fair, my company booked this location, but since I was there I have to tell the honest opinion. Would never book on my own. Service was friendly though.

Our room was clean but the sink was backed up and took hours to fully drain. We only had 3 pillows (2 of them were flat as a pancake). We asked for another pillow and Kimberly said that was all they had in the hotel. We had to buy our own at target.

Response to reply: we called that number when we were there, and it directed us back to kimberly...

Positive: The location. Negative: There wasn?t a coffee pot or an ironing board in the room. No closet, just pegs on the wall to hang clothes. Elevator smelled like weed

An overpriced dorm room with no closet, no dresser, and nowhere to even leave a suitcase out for easy access to clothes. The mattress was extremely firm. The bathroom had one washcloth and two small towels (one with holes). Tried to switch to another Hilton hotel a few minutes after checking in and seeing the room. I was told I’d still pay for the full stay because I’ve already checked in. Interestingly enough, I’ve never had a hotel offer to let me go see my room before checking in, so it seems like a bit of a catch 22. ||Breakfast was simply not good. ||I’ll be reconsidering my stay at Hilton properties in the future.
