A delightful experience (overnight stay and brunch). We greatly enjoyed the large room and scrumptious breakfast/brunch. The gin and jam was a unique and very satisfying breakfast beverage while the amount of salmon was almost overwhelming.

The room was good, though with no sheet, you had to choose between all-or-nothing coverage, so temperature control was difficult. The walls and door seemed thin, with movement, traffic, and conversations easily heard. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even getting us seated early between two large parties, which was greatly appreciated.

Our stay at the Bradford House was mediocre at best.|We travel to Oklahoma City quite frequently and have stayed at a few different hotels.|This hotel was the worst hotel stay we have encountered by far.|The hotel was not in a very prime location to any surrounding things.|Our room was located on the bottom level near the street, very thin walls, so traffic noise was very loud along with surrounding hotel noises. |Walking into our room, the carpet was extremely stained and disgusting. We killed some kind of beetle on the wall (I don't even want to know what it was).|The bed had the most uncomfortable mattress, we did not get a good night's sleep, which unfortunately having a 2 night stay made it almost unbearable. |I went to the front desk early the first morning to see if we could change rooms, maybe get a couple more comforters to try to make the bed more comfortable. The front desk clerk told us there were no extra comforters available (assuming others were tying to make their beds comfortable). He took all the issues down and told me he would give the info to the manager when he or she came in.|There were no coffee pots in the room, so my husband went to the lobby thinking they would offer coffee there. Several of the staff saw him looking around but not one asked him if he needed any help. No complimentary coffee available, so he went into the Cafe and ordered 2 black coffees and since he did not bring his wallet anticipating complimentary coffee to be available like most hotels offer, he asked to have it charged to our room. The staff could not seem to figure out how to do this, so they gave the coffee to him at no charge. He asked for cream and this seemed to be a request that really put them out.|The free coffee was a nice gesture, but we were charged for it at check out.|We were out all day and absolutely no one called us to address any of our concerns. |We stopped by the front desk when we came back to the hotel and explained to them again the issues with our room.|Staff members seemed disengaged and disinterested in their guests, and just stood there looking at me, and again, seemed put out with what I was saying and were looking past me.|They gave a half-hearted apology and told me the manager would call me.|No manage called. I did receive a call while we were at dinner, and the front desk person left a message stating she was sorry. She said that I should receive a call from the manager, but in the meantime, they would comp our coffee and some pastries for the morning and to stop by the front desk to let them know what we wanted.|We did so when we returned to the hotel. The front desk clerk seemed to know the situation and started asking if we wanted a French press pot, some pastries, and offered yogurt parfaits. We told him that sounded great.|My husband went to the Cafe in the morning to pick up their generous offer of breakfast only to be met with them trying to charge us for the offered french press and yogurts. They were only offering the basics.|This is completely ridiculous!!|My husband asked to speak to someone, and the manager gave us what was offered by the desk clerk, granted this was not an easy process.||The service was underwhelming, leaving the overall experience feeling impersonal.|2 days staying at this hotel, checked out and still no call to address any of this.|We will definitely not be back. With so many better hotels in Oklahoma City, do not waste your money on this property.

This review is for the food/restaurant only. I’ve had dinner there twice to make sure what I thought the first time wasn’t a mistake. The concept and environment is amazing. I love the character and the design. The planning of the menu is fine and I can see the effort. The execution of the food is below average at best. Finding a good chef is difficult and finding a good staff is even harder so I don’t understand the issues there. My recommendation is go to the bar and have a drink or two and leave. Don’t eat there until they change the food menu or find a chef that can execute what they have there.

My stay at the Bradford House was, at best, average. While the Molton Brown toiletries in the bathrooms were a nice touch, there wasn’t much else that stood out to justify the hype surrounding this property.

The service was underwhelming! Staff members seemed disengaged and disconnected from the guests, leaving the overall experience feeling impersonal and lacking warmth. It felt like walking into a funeral home. For a property that touts itself as boutique and upscale, I expected far more attentiveness and hospitality.

As for the Michelin Key designation, I honestly don’t understand how it was awarded. This new Michelin recognition seems to dilute the credibility of their established restaurant ratings, and if this is the standard they’re setting for accommodations, I’m not impressed.

Bottom line….don’t bother. You’d be better off staying at a Marriott or Hilton, where the service is more consistent, the amenities are comparable, and the overall experience is far more pleasant. Save your money and skip the Bradford House.

We were gifted a stay here by family. It is a charming building, but very noisy and always hosting events, so there isn't enough parking for guests. We had to leave our car parked on the street overnight which was a major concern for us, and the staff genuinely couldn't care less. The location isn't really near anything, so you have to drive. The walls are very thin and it is not very restful when every word, step, or sound in the building carries through your room. Our room was on the second floor, but the voices from the event on the ground level were clearly audible in our room all night. For a wedding it's probably a lovely venue, but for a quiet stay, it isn't at all nice. We won't be back.

Came here for a gathering of friends to celebrate up coming baby. |Place is hoping for sure! Parking non existent. Waitress sweet but service was incredibly slow!! Food came out one plate at a time and with large gaps in between dishes. So slow one guest had to take her’s to go. Had to ask for plates to be removed. Not sure if not staffed well or what. Food was good but it gets me when there aren’t even basic potato chips service with a sandwich. I don’t live in the area so no reason to ever go back.

What a wonderful property! This is my second stay, and it’s always a pleasure. The rooms are both charming and comfortable, and I really appreciate the unique character and ambiance that make this place so special.

We were married here in October, and we had a wonderful experience top to bottom. Amanda was our event manager, and she was so helpful and made things simple. Everything was very straightforward, and truly, I did not know planning a (small) wedding could be so easy, but Amanda made it possible. All the staff was incredible. The venue is beautiful. We had a wonderful day thanks to Bradford House!
