I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Kelly at the front desk. She was friendly, professional, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. A highlight of my stay was when I put my car to be parked under an awning during a possible hailstorm. It was such a thoughtful touch that really showed how much they care about their guests. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend.

This place has gone down hill. I don’t know what’s going on if they have new employees or what but I’ve stayed here probably 10 times in the past year and have had a great experience here every time until now. Maybe it’s new employees or maybe it was the floor I stayed on I am not sure what’s going on up here. I stayed on the 2nd floor this time and was absolutely disgusted with the room….first of all walking into a room with the heat blasting was already a turn off….but then I started looking at the room…shower was horrible. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or wiped down in a long time. Brown streaks up and down the walls and the floor looks like it hasn’t been wiped either. Under the sink was even worse. Dust and streaks all over the walls. Hand prints all over the doors and sliding door to the bathroom. Bed looked like it was slopped together. It looked like it was sloppily remade. I would be surprised if they even changed the sheets. Trash can hadn’t been cleaned. Toilet was not cleaned. Floor was sticky and had footprints all over it. Counter was sticky and hadn’t been wiped down. Quarter roll of toilet paper and no replacement. What is going on up here this room was not acceptable and I wish I had taken pictures. Every other time I have staying here my room was immaculate……but I am so turned off from this experience I’m not sure I will stay here again. Get it together aloft.

Pros:
TV offers personal media inputs, streaming capabilities with an option to revoke credentials when you leave, allowing you to sign in and watch your fave shows where you left off.

The shower in the king room was fantastic, large, and the water nice and hot.

The wallpaper and blinds have fun Easter eggs. (Pics within patterns)

Close to shopping, dining, and tons of fun family sporting facilities.

Staff was friendly enough.

Cons:
Rooms are small

The bed slides around on the platform a lot.

The fan ticked loudly 12x every time it kicked on.

Because they use a key system for the elevators our door dash was left in the lobby. Not a terrible thing I suppose if you like security, but it just seemed unnecessary for the area and added extra hurdles.

The view out the window was an older apartment complex with rolloff dumpsters full of couches.

We got great rates on this room so I'm glad we tried it, and know what to expect now. I wouldn't pay anymore for the room than I did on a cheap weekend though. Any higher and I'd definitely choose another hotel. I think we'll be staying at our normal hotel in the future.

Right off the bat the front lady did not have a good attitude. Saying “we don’t have much room left” before even trying to welcome us. Asking my friend if he is 21 and asking for his ID. He handed it over then immediately looking at us saying no parties or drinking or we will kick you out. Even though they have a bar on the first floor. While this is reasonable the customer service was terrible. We were trying to be polite and playing it as a joke. Yet she was everything but nice to us back. We ended up leaving because of the customer service. While we tried to call and let the manager know we got no answers from any of the lines either. I am very disappointed in this customer service because this our preferred hotel when we travel to the city. Though we may look young that is discriminating at the finest. We did not get the women name but she was an older women with short red hair.

Across the plains, the man in black fled. The sun in the lead, with grey skies in quick pursuit. The town was locked but Kelly had the key(do to internet issues on my part). Helping me check in with a quick hand and a steady mind. After a pleaseant stay, warm surroundings, and friendly faces only a shadow remains. Into the sunset, with the minimum 200 word review, the journey continues...

Ok, what’s the deal with the toilet paper? No extra roll and less than half a roll left on hook. I would say the vibe and decor of this hotel is very single, business man. It was a nice stopping place for our pooch but confused by pet fee. One place says free but we were charged $50. I liked the sofa/ table but might not work if you want a desk. Modern decor but rooms lack privacy.

We arrived at 3am after driving 14 hours and had some trouble with the reservation on our two rooms after booking through a third party. Luckily Phillip at the front desk was about to help us promptly so we could get some sleep. He was very kind and accommodating. The beds are super comfortable and the hotel is clean and modern. There’s a lot to do near the hotel with restaurants and shops, I would stay here again.

If you’re looking for the best dog friendly place to stay, this is it! My dog was received with a doggy bed, poop bags, a frisbee, a bowl, a bone mat for the bowl, and lots of treats… I was so surprised and impressed by their service. The rooms were also really clean and I definitely enjoyed my stay. Thank you!
