Check in was easy, but a 3 o clock check in is a strange time. Rooms were pretty clean, AC didn't work very well. Water pressure was good. Didn't come with much soap in the bathroom. There was a gnat problem in the room which was very irritating. Pool was warm but not necessarily heated. Jacuzzi was very nice but overfilled, so spilled out when we tried to use it. No housekeeping came to our room during the day. Our hair dryer did not work. Elevator was concerning, lots of groaning and jolting. Overall a good option if you need something cheap, but not any extra frills. Entire building is smoke free which is nice. Breakfast was okay, it had a waffle maker. Juice had free refills and they had fresh fruit. There was also a drink vending machine near the pool but it was small and didn't have many options. No snack vending machine unfortunately. Free ice was also available.

I can't speak to the quality of the rooms but the lobby, common area, dining nook were all very well maintained. I love that clean lobby smell. I was actually only stopping in as I was meeting a friend and my cell reception dropped. I wasn't getting any messages and had only minutes to confirm details. The front desk attendant was very polite and welcoming. I asked if I could use the wifi for just a minute to send a message and she so graciously shared what details I needed. My phone connected but further trouble ensued and Debbie, the front desk attendant, reassured me and offered assistance above and beyond what I would expect from any customer service position when I wasn't yet a customer. She kindly allowed me to gather my details and stay in from the cold for 10 minutes while my phone failed me miserably. Debbie however made this potentially tragic exchange one that I won't soon forget and believe her actions speak volumes for the culture and environment Choice Hotels and Sleep Inn inspire in their employees. She was Bold and Welcoming and considered my needs by listening and offering what support she could, timely and considerate while ensuring she wasn't missing any support needed from hotel guests. I will be back to stay, whenever necessary and would love to see Debbie acknowledged for her kind and outgoing expression of what makes great businesses timeless.

Had a great experience with this company. It had a nice quiet vibe. The young lady at the front desk was amazing nicest young lady. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone!! Pool area was clean and heated !!!

I love it very nice inside and most importantly clean everything I totally recommend this hotel ord suite does not smell of cigar that damages gives a bad reputation I am a truck driver I travel daily I recommend that you rest here good luck and thank you for your good service 🎆

My mother and I are staying here it is a wonderful location... The hot tub is amazing wonderful temperature the pool is an amazing wonderful temperature the food is delicious coffee tastes amazing the location is clean and feels good and safe the service is just so wonderful they are such nice sweet people I just don't have enough good words there are not enough good words to say how wonderful this place is the beds were so soft and comfortable that I slept so hard I didn't even get up to go pee in the night and I know that was TMI!!!!
There is a safe in the closet in our room for your valuables the carpet is padded so when you walk on it you don't feel like you're disturbing your neighbors there is a heat lamp in the bathroom to dry your swimwear while you're there, it comes with a blow-dryer, iron and board, coffee maker ,refrigerator, microwave. everything you could want and they're all clean and feels like you can use them without needing to go sterilize everything!!!!!!! There are just not enough wonderful words in the English language to tell you how amazing this place is for the price it is ridiculously awesome!!!!!!!!!!

Here again and singing more praise. I absolutely have no clue how this place is a two-star hotel I have stayed in five star hotels that weren't this comfortable and accommodating.

Checked in and found disgusting bodily fluid stains on the office chair, in the regular chair, on the bed, and on the carpet. Asked for different room and found similar stains on all the same surfaces. The staff went with to inspect the 3rd room offered, and found yet again stains on chairs and carpet and bed. Immediately asked for manager and to cancel reservation, but was told manager called in to tell me no charge. Absolutely disgusting and clearly the management doesn’t care about clean rooms or doesn’t inspect after staff “cleans”.

Keep an eye on them! They changed me twice for different amounts. Called them three times to get it taken care of but they never did. So now I have to work with the bank .
