We stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites for 3 nights during a trip with our 3 kids while my wife had surgery nearby. Overall, our experience was mostly positive.

The only complaints I have are about the mattresses and the toilet in our room. The mattresses felt pretty worn out—I shared a bed with my 9-year-old son, and we kept rolling into each other in the middle of the night. Also, the toilet water ran continuously throughout our stay. I let the staff know about it at checkout because we didn’t want to be inconvenienced by repairs during our visit. They appreciated the feedback and assured me it would be fixed before the next guest arrived.

Now for the positives! The hotel is in a nice area, with a Taco Bell right in front of the parking lot—perfect for late-night cravings! There were plenty of restaurants and shopping options just a short drive away. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of items to start the day. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, though I was a bit disappointed to find the hot tub had been filled in with concrete—likely a maintenance decision.

Overall, we had a nice experience and would return again. Hopefully, they’ll replace the mattresses soon!

The rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good - selection, taste, and quality of food. And the hotel staff was great. A big shout out and thank you to Jack the desk manager, for jump starting my car not once, but TWICE. And I know he was very busy at the time.

I really enjoyed their indoor heated pool. It was pretty chilly outside but had a very comfortable swim indoors with a workout exercise room steps away from the pool. Their location was very convenient. From quick fastfood to restaurants and a very nice lounge right across the parking lot with outdoor seating enjoyment.

I travel frequently and have always been an advocate for the Marriott brand. But this place…this isn’t it. Charles assisted us during the check in process and was very vocal about how ready he was to get off from work. His tone and demeanor was uncomfortably condescending. He provided inaccurate information and was dismissive pertaining to support needed for wake up calls, member service and other things. Additionally, he made a comment about looking for a reason to yell at other employees. That just doesn’t align with what I’ve known the Marriott brand to portray. As it relates to the facility itself, this place is in dire need of an upgrade. It needs to be shut down and renovated. I don’t intend to return to this location again if I can help it. Not worth the money.

The hotel was quiet and clean. The decor and furnishings were in excellent condition. Bed was very comfortable and internet worked well. Price was a real bargain, too. Good shower. Breakfast was average for a mid-priced hotel. Air conditioning worked well and decent selection of TV channels.

They have very good rooms, business center, good options in buffet breakfast- like eggs, sausage, bread, coffee, waffle, donuts, milks , fruits.
They have microwave and small refrigerator in the rooms, all the rooms come with cool and heat in it.
Helpful staff at the front desk.
They have plenty of parking just outside the hotel.
Nearby to the major attractions within 15-20 mins drive like science museums, okc zoo.

Very comfortable,Always clean. Best service! Good breakfast, always very attentive to guess. Didn’t have any issues our entire stay there! Seen the manager asked how everything is going and really appreciated it! One of the best hotels to stay at in Okc!
