Property is clean and orderly. Room as expected and comfortable. Room as jut well stocked; Tissue box had 1 tissue and no new box left; Water for 1 and not 2. There really isn’t a restaurant. There’s a kitchen & a bar (limited hours). We had breakfast included and I waited at the bar no one in sight for 11 minutes. My eggs arrived 6 minutes later. The front desk watched me wait. After 5 minutes when I asked where the staff were they replied the cook is cooking, he will be out soon. For just a room it’s a good stop but bring your own supplies

The website states the resturant is open at 6pm weeknights, and therefore should be staffed. It's 748pm, and the managers not here to open after being told it would be open late, and so far nothing. I was really looking forward to a relaxing meal after a 10 hour drive here. The new check in person says he's frequently not on time, but he's not at fault. He's left with Hungry guests and no explanation of why the place isn't open. Change hours on the website, let guests know it's not really a functioning restaurant and let them order in, vs waiting over 30 mins with jo explanation to guests or New Front Desk guy as to why it's closed.

My first problem was that the bathroom faucet must be turned on to full strength to aquire hot water. This makes face washing an impossibility.
Second, the website is completely incorrect about the restaurant/bar. It states an opening time of 5:30, but is actually 7.
Third, the place has been filled with half dressed children running/stomping through the hallways at all hours of the night and morning.
Fourth, the entire lobby and hallways have been infiltrated with some weird, off smell for our entire stay.
Fifth, deactivated our key cards well before checkout, locking us out in the middle of us taking our things to our car.

We had a great experience during our stay, even when we encountered a minor issue. The AC in our room wasn’t working, so we called the front desk. They immediately offered to change our room and even brought the key to us, making the process quick and convenient. The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly throughout, and we want to give a special shout-out to Kim and Albert for their pleasant demeanor and fantastic customer service. The rooms were spotless as always, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. We will definitely be returning!

This is my second week staying here. I'm on a business trip with a coworker. I had to change rooms. The toilet didn't flush in my first room, and the AC (thermostat) doesn't work in my room now. My coworkers toilet didn't work either, so they fixed it. I believe this place needs a maintenance man. Overall, the staff are really friendly and very helpful!

Great location with easy access to Mercy hospital. When I checked in, they were very kind.

However, I haven’t been able to sleep past 6 am two of the three nights I’ve been here. One morning it was because of the trash truck picking up and dropping several dumpsters across the parking lot from the various restaurants and hotels that are close by. This morning it was because of the guests next door that came back to their room after shutting down the bars in okc. I called guest services twice and they haven’t done anything about it. So it’s a great hotel if you don’t mind not sleeping past 6 am. Probably would’ve been quieter at the hospital.

This Four Points was very disappointing, you can tell it’s a hotel that Marriott doesn’t care about anymore. We’ll start with safety, the exterior lights were never turned on the entire 3 nights we stayed so walking around the hotel if you got there after dark would make you feel uneasy given the parking lot was also not lit. The hotel itself never locks so anyone off the street can come and go as they please and access any floors. Ok now for the hotel itself, the lobby is nice and that’s about where it ends. The rooms have a lot of damage that was repaired poorly and quickly. But not all terrible. The room was big, however the bathrooms were so small you couldn’t open the door and have someone standing in the bathroom otherwise you couldn’t open the door. The room came with a microwave and fridge which was nice since we have kids. The staff were very nice. Overall, it’s just not a good note to stay at considering the other better options you have around.

Mrs. Rodora is the best the is always greeting people with a smile, and a good conversation my room was clean I had no problem checking in late or getting another day added very affordable and well worth the check in. I travel a lot for business and I always find my self here at Sheraton when I hit OKC thank you guys !
