This is an older location. The bathroom tile had been repaired many times. There was trash lying on the hall floor - I saw  housekeeping in the floor but the trash was still there hours later into the next day. Breakfast was cold. Not room temp but cold. Eggs, bacon, biscuit. Orange juice was watered down and flavorless. Disappointed. Not the HGI we love and expect.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past. This time may have been the last. Upon arrival, our digital key wasn't working. Went back to front desk and got a regular key. We left to go to an event and returned to the hotel around 9 p.m. At that time we had no water in our room, no shower, no toilet, nothing. We called the front desk and was told that maintenance was working on it. Woke up at 4 a.m. the next morning, still had no water. So no shower, and had to use the bathroom in the lobby. When we checked out, we informed the front desk attendant, and he acted like he didn't know what we were talking about. I called the manager the following day, and he offered to credit our room charge for that night. At this point, that credit still hasn't posted to my card, and it's been 3 days since we were there. I've been a Hilton Honors member for around 20 years, and have stayed at dozens of different properties around the country. We've stayed at this property many times, but this time was very disappointing to say the least. If I don't get a refund of my room charge as promised, I will be contacting Hilton Corporate. Please do better!

Clean enough, quiet even though there was a lot happening elsewhere in the hotel. But the door to the room stuck - I couldn't get it open, my husband had to shove hard to get in. And what hotel doesn't have free breakfast?

Great location for our business purposes, a lot restaurants close by within walking distance. Bedroom is dated but still clean. Fitness is next swimming pool and insanely hot.

ADA bathroom was a disaster. The shower curtain was about 8" short. The water pressure excessive and showerhead was unmanageable. The edge of the shower floor was black with mildew. The bathroom floor was flooded each time we showered. |This needs immediate attention.|The room, bed and everything else was clean. The hotel staff was very pleasant. The common areas and food court was clean. The buffet breakfast had a very nice selection of items. The hot food was okay. Again, a very friendly and accommodating staff.

TLDR: VERY likely will not stay here again but it's clean.

I changed things up from my normal hotel because this was closer to my work. I checked in online the day before my stay, it told me I was good to proceed straight to my room, gave me a digital key. My flight was delayed so I didn't get to the hotel until 1am++, and I waited for 5 minutes at the front desk for help (I also like a real keycard in case my phone is dead). I was exhausted so I gave up and went to my room after no one showed up to help. Got in to the room no problem. Next morning at 8am, manager plus someone else banged on my door to see if I was in there because I wasn't all the way checked in... So bizarre (and frankly upsetting because I'm sure they saw when I opened my room in their system, and they knocked without even giving me 8 hours of peace). The majority of the front desk staff have been nice. However I had an issue with my toilet running all night and lights being out, the front desk guy that helped me gave me some attitude about wanting it fixed. They did get it fixed same day though. The room is clean, however it's clear the hotel is a little older. The rooms are just *aged*. The towels are really not soft, borderline hard. The couch cushions are super squished and saggy. And the sound proofing between rooms is non existent (as I write this at 10:30pm because I got woken up by someone vacuuming, and blasting music, and banging things everywhere). I will go back to my normal hotel, that is further away, with a GREAT breakfast, free happy hour, and get a better experience for the same price.

Came home with a cockroach in our luggage. There was also long black hair in our bathtub. We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past but will not return. The cockroaches did us in. We are disgusted.
