This was our first stay at this hotel and we loved it! Very easy access from the turnpike and a quick and easy checkin. Our room was spacious and perfectly cleaned and maintained. Everything seemed new. Sleep was wonderful and breakfast was good.||Great location, great room, great service....what more could you ask?

I had an exceptional 4 night stay at this Residence Inn! The staff's customer service was superb. A special thank you to manager, Dartel, I had to extend my stay he made this process very easy and seamless (hopefully I spelled your name correctly). They also serve a really good breakfast...menu changes daily!

Always stay here when I'm in OKC. GREAT hotel if you have any mobility issues - they have 1st-floor rooms with handrails & a seat in the shower. Also, being in the NW part of Oklahoma City - they're less expensive than other RI's in the city, & there's less traffic, so it's easier to get around. That being said - it's more remote, so be prepared to drive longer to get to restaurants, gas stations, etc.

5 Night Stay - Gold Elite Bonvoy Member. Picky traveler.

5* Star stay!!!! Simply put, quit searching and book it.

Was in town for an extended vacation. Usually stay at the Four Points but decided to give this location a try. New Favorite!

Pro’s:
1.Service: From the time I checked in and until I checked out, I was greeted and treated professionally and with warm hospitality.
2.Loved the room: Residence Inn’s are my favorite in the first place. I don’t always need the kitchen, but the extra space just to spread out is awesome. While most Residence Inn’s share about 90% of the same layout, they each have their own personality. This location has a great view out the window, feels very open and airy, and each day I returned to the room it just felt like home.
3.Bed was VERY comfortable. Was a little on the firm side, but that is how I like it.
4.Plenty of places to eat and shop near by. Close to I-44, so easy to get around the city.
5.Free Parking and Free complimentary American Breakfast.

Con:
1.Cleaning in between stays could have been better. I about slipped on the shower floor when I stepped in and the tile by the front door was a little sticky. Housekeeping took care of both.
2.Made the Courtyard I would stay in the next night after leaving seem even worse 🙂

I ended up staying here due to a family member being in a local hospice house (staff didn't know that).

The room was clean, they respected the "do not disturb" sign, etc.

I've had family in hospitality, I know night audit isn't fun. When my "neighbors" decided to have a drunken karaoke fest at 2am, the staff handled it with no issues or complaints. My issue was resolved within minutes. It was literally the first time in my life I've complained about noise in a hotel even though I've been to Vegas and other places.

Highway noise was minimal, staff is awesome and parking isn't an issue.

Great Experience at the Residence inn Quail Springs! I travel extensively for work, however this trip was to visit family. This property is new and was perfect location for us. Kyle Allen and his entire staff were amazing. Breakfast was good. Traci at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay at this location again!
