The room was clean and beds were comfy. The tv would not cast, we tried multiple rooms and the staff even tried their phone and it still would not work. I was going to be staying all weekend working so I wanted to watch my shows. I even brought my fire stick to plug in but it wouldn’t work on any of the TVs. There was no microwave in the rooms which I found to be super strange. The staff was nice and tried helping, but couldn’t so they involved the manager who then called me back to try and resolve the tv issue. she immediately started the call aggressive and sounded irritated so I just let the situation go lol. Wasn’t worth it at that point. I ended up checking out a night early because of a family situation. Overall I would recommend if you just need a place to crash but don’t expect to be wow’d by amenities.

This is a up scale new hotel with everything you need for a comfy cozy stay. Clean lobby and rooms. Great breakfast and coffee.
This hotel is close to the Mall and all the nice restaurants. Well lite parking lot for coming in late. The assistant Manager Brenda and the staff are friendly and is well knowledgeable.

Beautiful clean modern hotel. Located outside of OKC but worth the extra drive. Well lit parking. Staff was friendly. 24/7 coffee and hot water available. Microwave in the lobby. Luggage carts available. Smaller room but enough space for belongings. I liked the open concept for storage as it ensures you don’t leave anything. The TV has limited stations. The blackout shade was amazing and the bed was super comfortable. Dove products provided in the bathroom and cute toilet paper folding. Breakfast had on to the go options (yogurt, hard boiled egg, breakfast sandwich, cereal, fruit and muffins). Highly recommend this hotel.

This is not my favorite stay. The rooms have no amenities but were clean and sufficient. The front service was not stellar yesterday. She was on a call in the back but never acknowledged me until I said something and she wasn’t overly friendly when she did finally help. The “breakfast” is terrible, what they have of it. I’ve never seen a worse selection if you like something with substance. No waffle station, no breakfast sandwich, no side meat to make your own. Just an egg folded over with something in the middle that resembled some veggies but I’m not sure. The location is good tho so if it’s a quick stay it will work but there are better options for sure. The building itself is nice and new feeling at least.

This hotel is a lovely, clean, contemporary building. It has all the amenities you want, and its updated style and colors are very nice. It's more on the primary side, which is fine; I just need a good place to sleep for a few days while traveling. Nearby in walking distance, it's excellent, loads of shopping, sit-down restaurants, sports bars... but at a distance, you aren't bothered by noise. The staff here is terrific and accommodating. I like the complimentary hot breakfast or the grab-and-go breakfast.

Last stay at Avid was 1/16/-1/17 and booked room with accommodations for my daughter with disabilities...we proceeded to out room and there was a guest staying in that room. We were switched to another room that did not have accommodations...my recent visit 2/13-2/14 I again used points to book this stay in a room with accommodations...we were issued the correct room and got all settled in and after an hour or so we went to turn thr TV on and it wasn't working. I informed the front desk and got new remote batteries. This did not solve the problem and the TV still did not work. I was informed that the best she could do was switch rooms, but there were not any available rooms with accommodations available. I would like my points refunded or a free night issued for these last 2 stays with problems. I am a valued IHG member and use my IHG credit card for any purchases I make..thank you for assisting me with this issue!

Perfectly sufficient for two adults and two teens for two nights. Two queen beds, a big bathroom (no tub, but we just needed the big shower), coffee/tea/hot cocoa available 24/7, and a full breakfast with offerings (hot and cold) to satisfy everyone in our party.|Strongly recommend! We will stay at Avid hotels again.

I've stayed here many times & it's always been a good experience. The rooms are always clean, beds are nice, etc. Has always been my go-to if I'm in the area.

This stay, the AGM (Brenda) messaged letting me know my room was ready early in case I wanted to check-in & had a nice card/cookie in my room when I got there. Very nice touch.
