We had a great stay at IHG, we had a comfortable bed, great service and great food. Staff was always friendly and helpful. They were always ready to help and provide us with what we needed. The food was always hot and delicious. There was always a good selection and plenty of it. If we didn't have enough towels or wash cloths all we had to do was ask and it was no problem getting more. The staff was always friendly about getting us more and didn't complain about supplying us with more of what we needed. Our overall experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and anyone looking for somewhere to stay during their travels thru Oklahoma. Thanks, Darlene Kellum

Worst experience ever at a Holiday inn. Never have I ever been through a BAD EXPERIENCE on many issues. Starting with the website has a sofa sleepers and a one bedroom suite. The suite name was a one room not a Suite. The sofa sleeper was a twin chair that turned into a twin sl per for one person. Next issue was I had to bring my own cover for the little twin sleeper to the room. They only had enough towels.for just that room. I had to wait for them to wash the towels to get another town after I had worked out. I spent so many times at the front desk. No towels was at the pool. I had to go back and get towels. Then the front desk gave me 4 like I was supposed to stock the shelf. Then I had to go to the front desk to get the hairdryer. When uses the fire alarm went off. The roo. Smoked up from the outlet in the bathroom. Instead of coffee cups they had foam cups. To add insult to injury they keep asking when was I checking out way before noon. When I checked out we got stuck on the elevator. The call button went to a recording. They finally heard us stuck and took 10 min or so to get us off. Afterwords they said they would give me a credit and extra point for my inconvenience and DID NOT. BEWARE OF LOW BUDGET FRANCHISES UNDER A GREAT NAME.

Hotel staff was great and polite! The room was completely opposite. I am a platinum IHG member and have been for years. I checked in and went to my room, and immediately walked out and requested a refund. Not sure what it was but my legs got bitten up and my bed sheets had stains and tares. The room smelt like cigarettes and was very outdated. I could’ve dealt with the outdated room but getting bitten, dirty sheets and the smell was what did it! I’ve never been so disappointed in an IHG stay before. Room 208

The staff were amazing they didn't mind me asking questions or anything. I worked for extended stay for a year now and I asked for advice on certain things and I'm very happy that they can help me with certain things so I can be a better at my job. The room was perfect. The bathroom was spot on! I will definitely go back

First, let’s start with the good (no - GREAT!) The front desk clerks were helpful and really went above-and-beyond for our 2-room stay. As you read below, you’ll see why they earned EXTRA kudos from our family…

Now, the not-so-good. One of our vehicles was broken into in the early morning hours. Fortunately, no valuables left in the car but the price of a window replacement was @ $1,000 (and extremely inconvenient due to nature of visit to OKC). The front desk clerk (Lexi) encountered the break-in, and shouted at the thief - causing him to flee the scene. (Kudos to Lexi!) The following morning, the vehicle NEXT TO OURS broken into 😳 parked in the handicapped spot adjacent to the front door. Yikes!

DO NOT leave valuables in view (at any hotel) - but we left a bit disenchanted to see break-ins on sequential nights.

Whenever we got there to check in yesterday one of the ladies was definitely more helpful than the other.

Hot water did not keep up in the room and the tub stopper didn't work.
The fridge was noisy.
The hot tub was nice and big but not that hot.
The pool was warmed (amazing).
Treadmill didn't work in the gym room.
Breakfast was 5/10...
Kinda nosey (so hard to sleep).

I think it was okay (nice sized rooms)
But I wouldn't recommend it.

Wow let me start by saying.... Christina and Lexi are Super Stars!!! I am in the Hospitality Business and let me tell you, they went above and beyond!! From checking in to laundry assistance, I received awesome Customer Service, which is very important to me!!! I was on the road for 4 days prior relocating for work. Stayed in 3 other spots and did not receive this level of attention. All the staff was great with anything that I needed!

The staff at this hotel are some of the most kind among all hotels I've visited. The only reason this review is not good is because the rooms are in dire need of updates. I stayed in two different rooms at this hotel and one of them even had MULTIPLE cracked tiles around the toilet in the bathroom. I brought clorox wipes and wiped down everything because of the terrible flu season. Really glad that I did because there's no telling the last time that the bathroom countertop had been touched. The clorox wipe turned yellow and brown. Gross. We stayed here bc it was closest to Bethany's Children's Hospital where my son is a patient. Thankfully there were no bed bugs, but we might choose to travel an extra 5min in the other direction next time.
