1st room the fridge did not work, it smelled absolutely horrible, hairs and stains on the pillows, sheets, big chunk of the bathtub missing, it was a non-smoking room still smelled like cigarettes
-there is a bullet hole in the center of the window glass on the second floor in room 210
-My 2nd room the sheets were covered in massive stains on the white top sheet cover and nasty hairs and blue ink stains all over the bedding, I showed the front desk worker because he had to come back with another key, it did not work the first time, the worker just says “it’s not me it’s the maid🤷♂️” so they leave it up to the maids to make sure everything is clean and never check the maids work after she’s done
-you could hear the maid constantly coughing while going in and out of rooms “cleaning”
-food stains/pasta sauce on the ceiling in the 2nd room
-the mirrors have huge streaks all over them
-guests playing music loudly in their rooms with the hotel room door wide open for hours on the second floor
-the tvs in both rooms I had were extremely pixelated and you cannot fix the picture quality in the tv settings, the tv would just go black multiple times
-cigarette and marijuana smoke smell will fill your bathroom and room if you do not close the bathroom door. I was literally jolted awake by the smell of cigarettes covering my room at 3am the first night, I don’t smoke and have a “non-smoking room” and when you walk into the bathroom everyday the cigarette smell smacks you in face. I looked outside thinking it was coming inside from the heater fan but no one was outside and I only smell it in the bathroom.
-the towels gave me a rash 5 minutes after using them twice, I washed my hands once and wiped my hands dry, not more than 5 minutes later they had a burning sensation and a red rash that was very itchy came on all the sudden, then it happened again with another towel, I washed my left arm above the hand, I patted it dry with a different towel hoping I would not get the same reaction as before but not more than a few minutes after my left arm was on fire itching and red as a stop light where I used the towel and I do not have skin sensitivity or issues so bring your own towels
-the door would not stay properly closed when I would leave the room, and would not properly lock when inside, you had to keep pulling and yanking on the door as hard as you can to get it to close or lock properly
-homeless people living in tents in the literal hotel parking lot in the back and they continuously come and walk around the hotel looking inside rooms if the blinds are open, I only noticed this when I was sitting in my car and saw one person walk out of his tent and walk all the way down each room and every one that had the drapes open to let light in he looked inside briefly…makes you feel really safe!
-during the winter storm, upstairs walkway was completely covered in ice/snow, they did “sprinkle” some salt but literally a few grain pieces every few feet
-guests banging around in their rooms making loud noises for hours at end
-lots of guests without transportation going room to room like it’s a dorm knocking loudly and having loud conversations as if not a care for other’s privacy
-guests doing drugs on the balcony
-guests screaming profanities at the top of their lungs outside at 5:30am on a Saturday morning, called the office and she says “oh yeah she(the guest) can’t find her hat or left her hat in the room?” and then proceeds to say she won’t do anything about it so it continued for another hour, so guest safety and privacy is the last thing on the front desks mind, and they still let the people causing the disturbance stay, I guess anything to scrape a few dollars to keep the place alive instead of refunding and asking them to leave for guests safety and privacy
-guest downstairs screaming at 5:30pm Saturday in the afternoon talking about taking someone’s “car keys”. I constantly worried about my car being broken into. Do not stay here if you value your safety/peace I have so much more to say but it will not let me type anymore, RUN!
