Extremely pleased with this location. I average 100-150 nights a year w/ Marriott and mostly at Fairfield Inns, this location is near the very top of the list. Everything is kept clean and/or replaced before it starts to show wear. You would think this is a brand new FI. Rooms, breakfast and gym are all well above average.

Great hotel choice in Liberal Kansas. Comfortable beds and the suite is a nice large sized room with sofa, table, and desk. Typical/usual Marriott breakfast buffet options plus typically a breakfast sandwich option. Coffee needs improvement however. Friendly staff and hotel is kept very clean. Recommended.

We had a great experience at Fairfield Inn in Farmington, NM the previous night so we booked a room in Liberal, KS.
What a disappointing experience. The lazy, smelly, unfriendly guy didn't say hello, good evening, how are you or anything at all in a welcoming way. He said, "last name". He gave us our room cards, but didn't try to explain the hotel amenities, breakfast, or anything that might be considered normal good business conversation. If I was managing this location he would be fired on the spot.
Hopefully, they have better staff on other days.

The overall hotel experience is good they have great amenities and breakfast but you cannot connect gaming consoles to their Internet so if you play videogames or have a child that prefers to stay in the room if you aren’t doing activities with them then they will be incredibly bored unless you bring a travel router other than that absolutely perfect.

Booked this hotel for a week long group event. Overall, the staff was pretty good to us. But our room's thermostat wasn't working and kept turning to AC in the middle of running heat. We'd wake up to 65 degrees instead of the 70 we had it set at. Maintenance did come up and disconnect the thermostat from the unit so we were able to use the unit after that. They were supposed to replace the thermostat, but never did.
Room service only came to our room twice. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper, they never replaced our kleenex. But we also didn't want them in there all the time anyways. So it may not be just their fault.
Parking near the hotel is nonexistent. There's maybe a dozen spots in front of the hotel and the rest of the parking is across the street.
The biggest complaint was the elevator. One of the 2 elevators didn't work the whole time and the one that did was super slow and made extra stops for no reason. The broken one was also broken 2 weeks earlier when my husband visited.

We were on our way back from Florida. And due to the weather conditions,we only made it to liberal half an hour from home, and it was the most amazing hotel that we have stayed at very clean. I mean, clean, it's definitely worth staying.

Positive: Quiet Negative: When we registered, we were told the room rate would have been $25 cheaper if we would have just went into the hotel to check for a room.

Outstanding service, extremely friendly and pleasant. The place was spotless. Rooms large and very clean. Breakfast was good, staff cleaning tables so very inviting. The fitness center was really well done, large and lots of equipment for hotel. Parking adequate and well lit. I'll stay here every time we go through Liberal.
