I travel for work and am in liberal weekly. The best western there is a nice home away from home. The front desk people are super nice. Gunner, has been extremely nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool and work out area are nice and clean. I appreciate how nice they are there for sure!

We’ve become partial to Best Western hotels. They are consistent and appear to be a bit more locally owned (though that’s not really the case anymore). This is a typical modern hotel. It’s clean and well maintained. Our room pretty standard with a king bed, two bed stands, a credenza, a writing desk with chair and a corner easy chair. It did just fine for the night.||They have a nice breakfast area with numerous tables scattered around the room. They have the usual hotel fare – sausage patties, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, OJ and coffee. Much like most other chain hotels. Pretty boring. But is a good start for the day.

I've been staying at the Liberal location for several years. It has always been clean and quiet. The desk staff is always cheerful and helpful. The breakfast is quite good compared to other chains. I would highly recommend this hotel.

On our way from Maine to Arizona, we found ourselves in Liberal for the night. The view from outside was clean and tidy. The reception area was decorated and clean. The Front desk person was friendly and knowledgeable of places to eat nearby.

But most importantly, we found our room very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast area was clean and tidy and the staff was friendly and helpful.

For the price we paid and the amities we received, this was the best place we stayed so far on our trip.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Larry at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and area was clean. Would definitely recommend it if you happen to be in Liberal Kansas. Don't forget to stop by Dorthys house when in town!

Exemplary customer service ~ everyone on staff was smiling, cheerful & helpful. Special kudos to Jasmine & Trisha at the front desk. Room was standard king with micro & mini fridge w/freezer section, handy for refreezing blue ice packs. In-room Keurig. Easily accessible bedside & desk outlets for charging electronics. Free wifi w/ample signal. Bathroom was sparkling clean. Plenty of HOT water with great pressure. Generous supply of bright white towels. Slept well on super comfortable bed with nice linens & both firm & soft snuggly pillows. Well tended continental breakfast & tables were kept wiped down between guests. 24/7 coffee & cappuccino in the lobby. Did a load of laundry while I was here & appreciated not having to hang out at a laundromat. Walking distance to Mexican Restaurant, Braums & lovely city park. Didn't originally plan to spend 3 nights here but got to see that there is so much more to Liberal KS than you ever see just passing through. Loved the historic downtown area. Highly recommend & would most definitely stay here again 🙂

Clean and very welcoming! The front desk lady was very nice working Thursday Evening, she was new to the position but was very informative and got me and my a service dog a room!

The only issue I had was with their pet policy.
Their breakfast was better than average, and there was no waffle machine, so no waffle batter and syrup mess everywhere.
The rooms were clean.
Pillows and bed were comfortable.
They have shampoo, body wash and conditioner in refillable bottles hanging in the shower, so that was neat.
The most insane part is that it was $231 for two nights with all taxes and fees included. I didn't know there were quality hotels that were still affordable.
I would definitely recommend you stay here.
