I am a pretty picky person when it comes to rooms. Two things I will run from are bed bugs and roaches. I absolutely will not stay in a room like that. I (we) always check for both, and of course over all cleanliness. The room I stayed in didn't have either of the problems and room was clean. The bed was comfy, pillows were comfy. The rooms are reasonable which is also a factor for me. There is a Ruby Tuesday next door within walking distance which is a plus.

From booking to checking out, our stay was wonderful.
Clean, bed was amazing, hot shower, and it was a very nice experience for us.
Breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at any quality Inn.

Nice clean lobby and employee at the front desk was kind and efficient. Location is convenient. Room condition is to be expected for the rating and price point. Nothing outstanding, not the cleanest, but it'll do. Passing through to visit The Unclaimed Baggage store on the way to tennessee.

If you just need a reasonably priced spot for a night, this is good.

Check bed before accepting your room. The first room that we were given had human feces on the bottom sheet. The bed was made, but it was pretty obvious the bed had bed sleep in. We showed a picture of the bed to the lady at the front desk and she gave us another room. I am normally forgiving to honest mistakes, but this was not a honest mistake by housekeeping. Management needs to inspect the rooms after they have been cleaned. I'm sorry! Is not going to fix the problem Management!

Nice quiet place. Room was very clean. I came into town on a business trip. Employees are friendly and helpful. I discovered a hidden gem called Unclaimed Baggage where all the nations lost luggage is sold! Very interesting! - 10/10 I definitely recommend staying here.

This was a great stay! Quick check-in. Room was very clean. Had a nice pool area. The staff was fabulous! Super friendly people! Will definitely be staying again.

Okay, finally received a response - 2 YEARS AFTER MY STAY - Why bother, only shows company still doesn’t care, do better. STILL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND STILL WAITING ON DISCOUNT.

1st room was disgusting, bed hadn't been made from the previous guest. Complained and was given a new room, not any better. Room hadn't been cleaned, questionable as to if beds had been changed. Dead bugs squished on the walls (big ones) and dead bugs on the floor in bathroom, drain flies, mirror hadn't been cleaned in I don't know how long, coffee maker had last guests coffee grounds still in the coffee maker. Due a discount because of condition, STILL waiting on that. Won't be recommending or staying there again.
