I’m from Texas. I ate at Wright Family Steakhouse March 20, 2025. The chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and salad bar were absolutely legendary and delicious. I especially enjoyed the atmosphere: A tall, long legged waitress with 2 pitchers of iced tea and 1 Pitcher of water in her hands approached a family having supper and said, “what are ya’ll drinking over there?” Very helpful with quality customer service…

Just passing through Duncan and this gem of a restaurant was looking at us and knew what we needed.
Wow, it was so amazing! What a gold mine! Best salad bar, by far. If you can imagine it, it's on it.
All the waitresses were so kind and hustled.
I'll make my way back for sure!

Ordered steaks 16 oz ribeyes for my wife , cousin and myself. The salad bar was really good. The steaks were very disappointing. No flavor at all. For 58$ apiece should’ve been much better. I ate half of mine. Couldn’t eat anymore.

First and last visit. The only thing good was the chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes. Not sure you can call that a salad bar. Cornbread muffins were dry as a desert, catfish had zero flavor (try some Zataran's please!), fries were soggy from sitting around, cobbler was peach I think, but could have been apple. Either way it wasn't very good. High price was definitely not worth it.

Steak and Lobster was amazing. Additionally, our waitress, Christina, was phenomenal! Even going the extra mile to find me on FB bc my card was left at the restaurant. Thank you Christina!!! Definitely going back!!!

Dear Angry, entitled, Karen types.... If you're looking for some shotty establishment with bad service and less than amazing food to complain about; this IS NOT the place for you! After reading the reviews and doing a little research on our own we decided to give the Wright's Family Steakhouse a try and thank God we did! This restaurant is like a piece of home and history. The staff is legit and serves EVERYONE in order and with the same level of kindness. If you get treated poorly, chances are you came in acting like you're royalty and should be bowed down to and this is a family establishment. Sometimes you gotta put the bad kids in time out. The prices are very good, the quality is like my Granny used to make on the farm and the servers are like family. Thank you for an amazing dinner and making us feel at HOME! As OTR truckers, we don't get that a lot. We'll see y'all next time we're down this way.

I have been eatin steak for as long as I can remember but let me tell yall this place has the best steak I've ever had. The service was amazin I mean at one point my date and I had 2 extra cups of our drinks everyone adored our 4m old 3rd wheel this place felt like home and I'm from Texas so for a place to feel like home it has to be top notch amazing this place was exactly that
