Really good spot. Patty melt was delicious. The fries were exceptional with a nice crispy outside.

When we got there it was pretty slow but picked up really fast. I had a western omelette, hash browns, and toast. The food is always more than enough and delicious. The staff is very friendly. Don't have a single bad thing to say. It's one of our go to places for some good food whether eating in or picking up to take home. Thank you!

The hamburger was very good. I don’t really care for the fries. They appear to be frozen and are very crunchy. The service was very good and the people and prices were good.

My first visit. Very friendly staff! Large portions. Really great prices! Lots to choose from. My food was great! I will go back and if you are looking for home style food, check it out!

This is an amazing mom and pop restaurant. I love their bacon and eggs, hashbrowns, and biscuits. I'm told they have an amazing lunch too, but I've never been there for lunch. The staff is incredible. One of my favorite places for breakfast.

Tim and Lori Bates have owned and operated Tim's Place in Duncan for over 25 year's. Not only do they offer the best food in town and the best service, but, they give back to the community. Lunch specials are amazing. Everything made with love and the best quality. ❤️

Can't believe I've lived in Duncan for 12 years and never heard of Tim's Place!
We came for breakfast and boy was it good!
We had the ham and cheese omelet and the Cowboy biscuit, and both were wonderful! Really enjoyed the fried potatoes! Wow, what flavor! Prices are great too!
The staff was very friendly and efficient, and the building was so cute inside.
Can't wait to come back and try the burgers.
