If you’re going to close on days your typically open please have the integrity and decency to leave an updated message on your voicemail and keep patients informed to the best of your ability. At least then the patients will have the information they need to choose the best option for their health of waiting until you choose to show up, when ever that may be, or going to another pharmacy. With the extensive options of technology there isn’t any reason calls can’t be forwarded or other measures put in place to ensure your patients are being provided for.
