NEVER a disappointment! Sooooo yummylicious. Pizza is my favorite. Your Pizza Shop of Hartville always has great deals. Next time I'll explore other options , but I'm positive I'll say the same thing. The owners and staff are great and always smiling 😁😁❤️❤️🫶🫶

Today, the date November 24th, 2024, I placed an order through Doordash that was about $130 to feed my pregnant sister. And I placed this order at 6:05. They confirmed the order, and then canceled it just about two minutes later. we contacted them and they answered the phone with the words "is this for pickup or delivery" insinuating that I am calling within business hours. We are then told that they closed at 6 PM tonight. their website says they're still open and when I called again, they told me they close at 10 PM. the same person who lied to me then told me he didn't know what I was talking about. I call bull because your voice is VERY recognizable.
This business lied to me and now I am out of over $100 for 5-7 business days simply because they were too lazy to fulfill the order they had already accepted.
unacceptable and pathetic. regardless of the business, you are handling people's money. have some empathy.

I ordered food online at 8:06. It had a ETA of 8:50-9:00. I called at 9:35. They apparently had not checked there online orders. After being on hold for a few minutes, they were just starting the order. Only because i called to check on it. Not even a sorry that we missed your order. Not impressed.

Do not order here. The pizza was as bland as bland can be. Their crust is awful, and tasteless. Their pizza sauce is horrible. They could have purchased a pizza sauce from Walmart, and it would have had more flavor. nothing special about this pizza at all. Totally generic. Ridiculously overpriced. My pizza ran over $20 and it wasn't even as good as a little Ceasars pizza for $7.

After I got subs for all my employees at my company two weeks ago, and saying how great they were then, I got subs for my daughter and I tonight and they were the most pathetic excuses of subs I've ever seen. My pizza sub barely had any saucer toppings or cheese on it shown below. It was pure bread. My daughters ham and cheese had two pieces of sliced ham and two pieces of cheese on it. They look like the kind of subs you would get from a gas station and warm up in the microwave.

When I called to let the manager know she didn't even apologize. I told her everything I just said here and she said "OK"…

Once again this place has gone downhill rapidly…

Owner is a cocky biker lmao if i ever see him out riding he'll be spaghetti sauce on the road. Also runs a bar for biker gang wannabees , the only men who "wanna ride" something are LGBT lmao

Your pizza shop is a nice little place to order from and have it delivered to wherever you are in a reasonable amount of time. The service is EXCELLENT they don't rush me in case I am not sure what I want to order and help me out. The food is great I am kind of a picky eater so I really do have to have good food in order my to eat it and Your Pizza Shop has me hooked ! !
