DO NOT STAY HERE!! THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN!! Absolute worst place i have ever stayed!!! Upon checking in Oct 23, 2024, it took 3 attempts to get a room to stay in that wasn't absolutely disgusting. I only stayed because it was late. The entire place smelled like a dirty, dusty ASHTRAY!!! Plastic bag taped over the room's smoke detector. The bedsheets looked as if they were never changed from previous person! The tables had dirt and water stains on them. Huge nasty stain on the wall above nightstand. The bathroom countertop had BEARD SHAVINGS from the previous person. There was USED bar soap in the shower. The air vent in the hallway on the 6th floor by the ice machine had BLACK MOLD!!! The garbage at the lobby entrances were overflowing with garbage. I'm still trying to get a refund for 3 of the 4 nights I had reserved but they do not answer the phone, email or call back!!! I booked through 3rd party. I will never do that again for a hotel!!! I had 2 little children with me. I literally was scared to put them underneath the covers of the bed. God only knows how this place runs....PLEASEEE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This hotel is absolutely disgusting, they had some of the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. They told me the pool would be open upon my booking, which when I checked in they informed me was shut down. Which was nonsense I explained to them I was doing the pool for my son’s birthday, and that was why I chose this place. THEN when I saw the room it was filthy like a place you step into and have MRSA. Been fighting to get a refunded but the manager is I guess never there? Been fighting a month! Save the money you’d spend to get an exterminator (after staying here) and book ANYWHERE else.

Feet are dirty after walking around on the carpet. NO breakfast, NO open pool, NO open gym, total scam. Advertising all these amenities but everything is closed or locked up. Staff isn't friendly. Better off at a cheap motel down the road where you at least know what you're paying for.

The entrance door in the back does not lock; anyone can walk in day or night. Hallways and elevators are filthy. 2 chairs outside elevator that was broken down, fabric coming off and sticky dirty, pizza boxes and trash bags in hall not picked up. Our room has lampshades held together by scotch tape, wallpaper coming off all the walls, and food splatter on curtains. The shower curtain has not been cleaned in a long time, beyond dingy, the remote to the TV did not work, hot water to reach the 3rd floor was slow coming, the fridge was dirty, and the freezer had sold ice. Don't go by the pictures of the rooms on the website. They really need to do some heavy cleaning. Bring bleach wipes and do your own cleaning. The dirty wipes will shock and disgust you. Breakfast was: 10 sausage patties, make your own waffles, toast, jelly and very watered down apple juice and coffee.

Positive: NOTHING AT ALL Negative: **BE AWARE SCAM OWNERS** Listing shows booking includes Breakfast, Pool access and Gym. Neither of these were available during my week stay. Told by attendant at desk they do not sever breakfast. Both the gym and breakfast dining hall doors were locked.

We had been to a Wyndham hotel and it was amazing! So my mom and papa decided to go to this one since it was also Wyndham... Oh my goodness it was bad. We found bed bugs on the beds we also found that the ceiling above the shower looks like it's caving in and about to fall down and our microwave didn't even work! We told the front desk and they haven't done anything about it!
Every once in a while the cards don't work meaning we have to go all the way back down stairs to get them fixed. Also the pool was closed and when we woke up at 8 in the morning to go for the breakfast it wasn't even open! Overall this was a pretty bad experience.

Upon arrival I noticed 3 police vehicles parked in front of the entrance. I went inside to check in and noticed how dated the property looked. Got my room key and proceeded to the room. The hallway to the elevator was FILTHY! Stains on the carpet and unpleasant smells. The elevator was in even worse condition and smelled strongly of urine and air freshener to mask the odor. When we got to our floor and stepped off the elevator there were braids on the floor as if they were ripped out of someone’s head and what appeared (and smelled) to be a puddle of urine. We walked to our room and immediately noticed none of the lights were working. I was able to get one lamp to work and also used the flashlight on my phone to look around the room. There was hair in the shower, blood stains on the pillowcases, evidence of BEDBUGS, and ROACHES crawling on objects in the room! I took pictures of the filth we encountered. We immediately went to the front desk and showed the lady who was working the pictures and she didn’t look shocked at all! She offered to change our room to which I replied if there are roaches in one there are roaches in all. She told me to contact the third party I booked through and have them call so she can issue a refund! Well surprise surprise the phone numbers don’t work! We attempted to check into another hotel down the street but the woman said they were sold out due to over 35 other guests from the Baymont checking in because they encountered the same filth and issues. At 3 something in the morning this was a huge inconvenience and we ended up sleeping in the car. Anything was better than staying in that roach and bedbug infested hole.

We went to this hotel for one night as a small vacation, and it wasn't bad. check in was okay, only one girl working at that time though. we stayed in room 119, and it was very clean besides a stain on the bed sheets. tv worked well, nothing was damaged/broken in the room, and the ac/heat was amazing. we woke up around 8 am to get their complimentary breakfast and the room was messy. nothing much left either. we did end up going to the Denny's right across from the hotel for breakfast and it was amazing. pool was closed though, because the lady at the front desk couldn't find the key to get into the pool. other than that, it was a good experience
