Worse hotel ever!!!!! Every room smells like cat urine. They put us in a room where the door lock didn't even work and corporate acted like it was OK to do. The place is run down and needs to be demolished. Read all reviews, they don't lie. This place is horrible.

My husband and I stayed here for a night there and it took an hour before someone came to the desk and went to the room and there was no bath towels in the room and when I got up the next morning there was a lot of cockroaches in the room and I moved the fridge and it was nasty under it and all the bugs there too dirty washcloth and holes in the sheets. There is no one at the desk at all when need help no phones or microwave in the room. The couch is old. And paying 80$ for a night is not right with everything that is wrong with that place have the workers don't dress nice at all. All the garbage under the stand and floors not clean. We stayed there on Nov 8th 2024 and left the 9th

Place looked like a haunted hotel. No lights. No people. Dark. Out in the middle of nowhere. No one at desk. Just an uneasy feel. We took off. Weird people hanging around outside. I sure would never go that way again. I like Red Roofs. This one was definitely scary outside. Can't imagine the Inside.

i’ve been on the road for 3 days now driving 13-14 hours a day so when i get to a place at 12am and it’s so disgusting that i have to then book another motel and leave with my animals and my u-haul it’s really really bad. the place smells like smoke and the room smells awful. no towels anywhere in the room. the sink has clearly not been cleaned. stains on the bed. one of the rolls of tp wasn’t refilled. someone left a clipboard in the room- so i guess someone checked it out before renting the room out for the night.

i initially was going to stay but couldn’t find the staff to get towels. this place has bad vibes and a worse look. disgusting. please don’t book here.

When I got there no one was at the desk. Called 3 times with no answer before I had to physically yell to find someone and check in. Get to the room. No heat. Back to the desk. No one. Call 3 times. No one. Yell again. Get a new room. No heat. Return to the lobby. No one. Call 3 times. No answer. Decide to leave. Catch attitude from multiple people that randomly appeared in pajamas because I don't want to stay in a hotel with no service, nasty rooms with no heat and a bunch of drug addicts ghosting through the lobby pretending to work there but doing nothing. Run from this place. Never take your kids here. I have them 3 on the location because there's a nice hotel next door to retreat to.

Sigh. This was bad and I been to some rough RRs. My sheets smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. The place is very dated and bathroom shelving was visibly ripped from it's anchors... I could go on... Please trust and believe the 1* reviews. I gambled and lost...

Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything. Poor service (no one was at the front desk and when someone finally happened by she was surly and unapologetic). The whole hotel smelled like smoke. The room was disgusting with dirty sheets and ashes everywhere. I want a refund

Was disgusting with the smell and room appearance, no one at the service desk. Had to leave the room immediately and check in to the hotel next door, called red roof mgmt and Priceline, no help. Looking at all the reviews below I am sure to get a standard apology from the Red roof rapid response team, the rapid response should be to fix the hotel not giving bandage to comments.
