My daughter and I enjoyed staying at this Holiday Inn Express, I read the reviews prior to booking and it lives up to the high marks. Front desk, housekeeping and pool staff were very good. The room was spacious and clean. I did not love the pillows but we slept well. The pool was great. Couldn't use the large outdoor patio but it looked nice for warmer weather. We did not eat breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Nor did we try the free ice cream, popcorn or cookies offered in the evening but they looked great. I would definitely stay here again so that I can!

The room was a nice size (King Suite) and was surprisingly quiet (the was a hotel fully booked, it was not an issue) Everything worked and was very clean and comfortable. In the morning, the breakfast was amazing! They had everything in stock and kept it that way despite being very busy. They even brought out more danish at 10:15 when breakfast is over at 10:30. Everything was fresh, tasty and prepared correctly. The grounds were clean, the lobby has this whole Italian Villa thing going on and there is a nice outdoor seating area off the dining room. Also, the pool is very nice and perfect temperature for this time of year (March) There is a hot tub next to the pool that we didn't use, but only because we had one in our room.

I stay at IHG hotels every week and this one is the best. Cleanest hotel ever saw and people were magnificent. Special thanks to Nic, Rick (maintenance), Lisa, Robin, Ghaola and Terri manager. Each one of them was very considerate and helpful. Arrived there and hot tub was not heating and all people went into Superman mold and made sure it was up and running quickly and also kept me notified of progress.

The front desk staff was very friendly and kind. The guy Nicklas is very friendly and helpful and let us show him all the items we purchased at the eastwood mall while we stayed here. I explained to him a game called uno no mercy and he said wow that sounds like fun. He explained how the rewards program works very detailed. In fact I have already booked my next visit as my friends and I loved this hotel.

Did I mention price? The price was excellent for what we wanted and under budget I guessed for a night.

Everybody here was so accommodating and friendly. I've never seen a hotel with that much staff for cleaning and maintaining the facility. Even though it's off-season I even saw them outside sweeping the sidewalk at the back of the property in early the morning.

Another thing of note is that I never saw an unhappy employee the whole time we were here. Everybody genuinely seemed happy which tells me they enjoy their job and they enjoy the working environment. Of course I'm just guessing at that but you usually can't fake kindness and happiness.

The hot tub was clean everyday and topped off everyday at least once. It was hot and comfortable. I love the fact that they gave the first hour and last hour of pool and hot tub hours for adults only. It made it pleasurable for everybody.

The hot breakfast was actually hot and good and the young lady that took care of the breakfast area was so nice and on top of everything and kept everything clean. Also the food didn't taste like trough food. The pancakes are amazing!

I wish I'd seen more people tipping because they all truly deserved it.

This location never fails to deliver!

From the the moment you make your reservation until they follow up after your stay, you are on their radar. I received calls from them right before my stay to check to see if there is anything I need and to explain the check-in/check-out and other valuable information.

The check-in was quick and easy after being greeted to the hotel. The room and facilities were very clean and decorated for the season. The overall facilities feel extremely safe and the parking lot is well lighted.

The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. It is easy to get the room very dark to sleep, and even though the hotel was very full, it was amazingly quiet! The in-room heating/air allows you to set just the right temperature too!

Although we didn't use them the pool and hot tub areas were very clean and well controlled. We could see families enjoying them during the day, with the last hour (10-11 PM) restricted to adults only.

The free breakfast is amazing. The choices change daily and everything is fresh and kept full. The food itself tastes great with hot food and grab and go options available.

They also have evening "snacks" available with ice cream novelties, popcorn, etc. available for the guests.

This is the best location we have stayed at and I highly recommend it!

This was a very comfortable, clean, and excellent experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made my daughter and I feel as if we were family. We appreciated everything they did for us. Breakfast was very good and had more options than most offer.

A top quality hotel. Very well kept. Staff was great. The quality and value were well worth the price. I would hands down recommend it to anyone staying in the area. It is in a prime location of a lot of things to do as well.
