Stay ANYWHERE else! (You have been warned!)

3 out of four treadmills/elliptical machines out of order with awesome printed 8.5x11 pieces of printed paper as notification. It has been two weeks according to desk, (they also responded with a passive-aggressive "have a nice day" when informed), with no repair in site. Local Fitness repair place, Shuler's, offers 24 hour service and DO have parts in stock for the "sweet" equipment provided, (phone number 724.601.5673 you are welcome worthless "management".). Thermostats in room, (one on mini-split, one on wall). Only one works, but no neeto sign on them. But the pic below which tells you that the thermostat is on the wall is a lie! Shocking! No shampoo in shower. Texted "management" on Hilton app. No response in over 8 hours. This place just does not care and it shows!

we stayed here for a few weeks for work and the whole staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have hot breakfast everyday 6-10am, thank you Sara Sams, always so welcoming and helpful. The house keeping staff was also on top of everything, always making sure we were stocked up. Brittany, Carmen, and Dwight were always helpful and friendly. Amazing hospitality thanks to their staff!

This was our second stay at this location. The first stay was wonderful! This room had no water pressure in the shower. The heater kept blowing out cool air, and it was 20 degrees outside. I had to sleep in my clothes and wrapped in a blanket from my car. The fridge wasn't cool enough to keep our leftovers cold, and you can imagine what spoiled crabcakes smell like. I'm not sure, I will stay again.

Unfortunately I encountered bed bugs during my stay. I cut my stay short by two days when I discovered the bed bugs. The front desk was not overly concerned when the issue was reported. I tired to contact the hotel management and Hilton directly with no success. The room needs remediation. I would not recommend the hotel upon the poor response.

I stayed here for my last night here in Pennsylvania for traveling out west and this hotel is amazing it was better than the Penn in the Radisson hotel there are no bugs the beds are clean nothing is broken down and destroyed even the staff were super friendly and the food is amazing I will see you again if I ever come back here

I am rating this hotel a 2 because of a horrible checkin experience (and more). This is the note I sent to the manager:||“My husband and I arrived at your hotel to check in around 5:45 PM. There was no one at the desk, but there was a sign that said they were helping another guest and would be back momentarily. We waited for 5 minutes, 10 minutes…by this time there were three people waiting to check in. The sign had a suggestion to call 0 from the phone by the elevator for assistance. We tried…the phone rang at the desk and no one came to answer. I tried calling the number on your card. The phone rang at the desk…no one answered.||By this time 15-20 minutes had passed. Finally the staff setting up for the evening reception went to try to find the reception clerk (I believe his name was Scott). She finally said she had located him and he would be coming. It was at least another 5 minutes before he showed up.||There was no apology (that would have gone a long way). The explanation was he was in the restroom. Hmmm. Five minutes, maybe ten I could understand. This was closer to a half hour.||We appreciate the evening reception person very much. We were very unhappy with the check in, no real explanation, absolutely no apology from Scott (?).”||We did receive a reply back from Jennifer, the manager, with a sincere apology and a promise of extra points which we appreciate.||Besides that experience, the furniture in the room is extremely worn, there was a rusted bar in the bathroom where towels hang, the shower was okay, the bed was comfortable.||Two other coffee experiences (we love our coffee!), only one regular coffee in the room (4 decafs), at breakfast the regular coffee ran out (no big deal usually), but we checked for kitchen staff and couldn’t find anyone. Went to the front desk (they said they would check), went back to wait, a couple minutes later someone we didn’t realize was staff, and was chatting with guests, said “oh, do you need something?” and got the fresh pot. If we hadn’t had the other experience, no big deal, but we had kind of lost patience by then.
