To the management team, please upgrade these hotel rooms, especially on the first floor but overall. There is a false sense of what you’re getting with photos. The room I checked into, but didn’t stay in, was dirty all over the walls, fingerprints and dirt on the back of the guest room door. The bathroom vent was falling off the ceiling, the bathtub was cracked and stained and in disrepair. The room felt unsafe based on location at the property but also because it felt very “easy” to get into with locks on doors not feeling secure. The second room I was shown was better but still not a great quality, at least it was cleaner looking.

When I went back to the desk to tell the staff associate I was not going to stay, it was as if he already knew what I was going to do because he was prepared to show me a new room immediately, red flag. I let them know I would be doing a review out of good conscience for others and, as nice as he was, he begged me not to, which also gave me a sense of uncomfortableness.

I ended up not even staying at this location because of how uncomfortable I felt and booked a hotel 35 miles away (only due to low occupancy in the area). I have never left a hotel due to these circumstances.

Gross. Very dirty. Stained bedding holes in carpet. Bathtub was cracked. Door handle broke very unsafe. Don’t waste your money. Chair falling apart. One bed didn’t have a headboard or any bedding on the bottom half. Told management and they argued with me. He said it was a nice suite.

This hotel was horrible! The room we had a hole in the wall. We had no other choice but to stay here. We actually called 15 other hotels - all booked!!!We made a trip to Walmart to buy a air mattress, sheets, pillows, and blankets. I did not trust, the bedding was clean. We stripped the bed, and didn't find any bugs. But the room had a nasty smell to it. We also found a dead grasshopper on the floor. The breakfast was a joke. They had some very old cornflakes, and I don't even know what else! We chose to leave and get breakfast elsewhere!

Please reconsider another hotel. I was here for a program and walked into what smelled like someone smoked a cigarette. Bathtub flooring was dirty and all the outlets did not work or they are super loose that you won’t get a current flowing. This building needs to be demolished or have the health department look into it because also reading all the other reviews, they’re all true to what they say. I would recommend driving a bit more towards Youngstown if you want a hotel to stay in that cares for their rooms.

WARNING: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL|Beyond disgusting! As soon as we walked through the door my daughter slipped on wet floor where juice and water had just been laying while the front desk men just sat there. No one asked if she was ok. We went to see the room before unpacking the car and we are super thankful we did. The walk to the room should have been a clear indication of what was to come. When the door opened the stench hit you right in the face. Smoke, mold, dampness etc. the bedding and pillows were stained yellow. They claimed it was not a smoking room, but it clearly had been before. Nicotine stain everywhere. The pillows on the bed were miniature. I couldn’t stand to be inside the room any longer than a minute as the stench was overwhelming. He tried taking us to another room where it was equally as bad! We left and requested a refund. Never again!

The rooms we booked were absolutely disgusting. And when we went to the desk no one helped us told us that housekeeping would be by tomorrow. Mind you we were only staying one day. The breakfast was a joke cereal and no milk. The other options were a plain bagel or a muffin that was a little bigger than a mini muffin. There was stains exposed wires and non functional smoke detectors. Do not stay here unless you want to wear a hazmat suit

The rooms are terrible, the walls had been colored on and not cleaned, the floors are black from non cleaning, the ac unit didn't even have the cover shell, the bathroom lights have no covers. Run away this is garbage. They are charging people to stay in filth

DO NOT BOOK HERE. They have BED BUGS!!. All of the reviews about bugs are 100% true. When you tell someone at front desk about they'll pretend they didn't know and give you another bug infested room. Don't waste your money. You're better off sleeping in the car than staying here.
