I had an amazing massage at the beautiful Wintar Spa. It's a very beautiful spa, with upscale lounges and service rooms, and the shared facilities are very nice for the therapy pool, ice room, sauna and steam room. Note, there is NO hot tub which I was disappointed in. The back, neck and shoulder massage by Michelle was AMAZING and it was worth every penny. The staff is very friendly. The whole spa is well done. The only issues I saw, after being at a few 5-star spas, is the hot tub is missing and the coffee and food area in the lounge is sparse. The coffee service is a bad Nespresso machine and all paper cups and paper everything. No fresh fruit or food, just stale pretzels and popcorn that is kept in a giant plastic tub. Other spas have muffins, fruit and a la carte menu or a food area. That is definitely missing. I think better coffee and better snacks would go a long way. I missed the hot tub but the therapy pool is at 90 deg. Overall, a very nice 4 star spa and I would go again.

I have had the pleasure of staying at this establishment multiple times, and each visit has been exceptional. The rooms are beautifully designed, offering outside views through expansive windows. Cleanliness and comfort are always top-notch, making it a joy to unwind in the plush bed after a day at the casino and lounge areas.

Dining options are impressive, with the buffet and various restaurants within the casino offering a diverse selection of delicious meals. I try not to overindulge during gameplay, it’s hard to resist all those flavors!

One of the highlights of my visits is the consistently positive gaming experience. I have been fortunate to win each time I come to Winstar and have never experienced significant losses. Beyond gaming, I thoroughly enjoy walking through the casino, admiring the artistic designs throughout the space. It’s a great way to stay active and lose some of those calories.

I return time and again for the outstanding entertainment, exceptional hospitality, and the opportunity to meet new people along the way. Winstar continues to provide a world-class experience, and I look forward to my next visit.

We stayed two nights here and everything was so clean at the hotel and the beds were very comfortable. Our room was in the spa tower so things were pretty new. The staff was very friendly. We left happy and winners!

Myself and hubby love getting away here. It's a fun and relaxing time. We try to visit at least one a month. The slots are so much fun. It's a great escape for us retirees to have some fun and have a good drink. Winstar has always been so fun and looking forward to summer to get a cabana at the cascades.

You really can't imagine how huge this place is until you've walked from one end of it to the other. The casino floor is always changing and they put in new games frequently. It's incredible. Lots of food options too. We particularly like Toby Keith's (American) and Union Mesa (Mexican) restaurants. Go check it out!

The place was wonderful. It was a busy checkin day but there was plenty of staff to help. The rooms were very comfortable, well kept, and plenty of space. Location was great just a few steps to the casino. It made it very easy to get in all the action. The food at the buffet is so good! Price is reasonable, quality is great! Plenty of places to get drinks and food. We hit the Cowboys place at happy hour and saved a couple of bucks for the casino! All in all, it was a great few days. Can't wait to get back! Don't ask me if I WON BIG!

Just went to Casino and lost all the money I had set aside to play. I'm not complaining, just stating the facts. The place smells like smoke everywhere, and the machines all work like clocks. Free non alcoholic drinks to everyone. Lots of machines, more than I can count. The main buffet was a disaster. The food looked like someone just threw it around like slop. Nothing except the shrimp looked very appetizing. Needles to say that the buffet was not worth the $56 I paid for my wife and I. We wanted to go when the crab legs were being served, but it's only on Thursdays, and it cost way more than we were willing to pay anyway. I guess it's that way at all the casinos. But I remember once the wife and I visited this casino, and the buffet was awesome. Not anymore. We should have gone to one of the regular restaurants inside the casino. Maybe we would have had a better time.
