Ordered fajitas...it wasn't fajita meat. Salsa was watered down no flavor. Beans and rice was great. Loved the beans.

Then—>Hands down. The. Best. Enchiladas. Ever! Order 3 cheese enchiladas and you’ll see! they’re smothered in the best shredded beef and queso blanco! We can’t wait to come back for more! Excellent service, and kid friendly! Clean bathrooms and employees masked up 😷 (the only reason I didn’t post the delicious enchiladas is because they were dispersed and devoured before I remembered I wanted a photo!)

I visited Madill to attend a funeral this afternoon and joined a friend at El Tequila for a late lunch afterward..

This was my first time visiting, and as far as I'm concerned, they knocked things out of the park..

I sampled the Fajitas Jalisco, which included ample portions of grilled steak, chicken, shrimp, onions, and tomatoes.. I omitted the bell peppers..

The fajita plate was served piping hot and had great flavor.. The toppings on the setup plate (lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream) were cool and crisp, and the rice and beans were above average for a small-town Mexican fare establishment..

Their chips and salsa were unexpectedly deelish.. The chips were thin, crispy, and fresh, and the salsa was nicely blended, and with just a smidgen of heat..

I washed everything down with a pair of 1800 Reposado-based margaritas on the rocks, and the service was excellent, too!!

I would definitely return to El Tequila on a future visit to the Madill area..

I used to love this place but the last three times I've eaten there I was disappointed I had friends over and went and got a to go order and bragged on their food brought it home as and we were all disappointed I was embarrassed that I even recommended the place but I understand sometimes we all slip up but the place was dirty as well come on pick it up I know your better than this I will try this place again but only a few times more than I will quit them they may not care but if I feel this way how many other people do as well

This used to be a great place to eat, but recently, we have noticed a decline in food. Prices are still up, but food has gone down. Even the amount that we received wasn't worth the price. We ordered a double fajita and someone else ordered a single fajita and they were extra skimpy. Probably will go to the other place from now on.

First time here we went in got seated but unfortunately waitress didn't seem friendly we waited for almost an hour for 4 plates 1 in my group received his plate then a second 10min after 3 rd plate was wrong so waited again then mine came about 10min after which was supposed to Include chorizo,fajita,chicken,fajita & shrimp no steak one strip of chicken they claim a full breast(Not) and 1 skewer of shrimp you can see from picture you can't see meat & 1 strip of chicken zoom in to picture second picture shows what's left which is a lot of bell pepper onion cactus,rootbeer tasted very weird but didn't want to complain since we have already complained enough since are drinks were wrong as well said Dr pepper & received tea which took a while,asked for check it's been 20min so far. I believe in support local but we won't be back....Looked Like A Good Place(Mistake)

I wouldn’t feed this food to a dog. It’s offensive to call this food, have the people working here ever cooked before? I’m completely offended as a Texan to call this place Tex-Mex. We ordered a bowl of queso with chorizo and was served a bowl of burnt grease. The other person I was with received “enchiladas” filled with unseasoned ground beef and topped with cheese from a can that didn’t even cover the entire enchilada. Don’t waste your time coming here for a decent meal, this is the last time I get Tex-Mex in Oklahoma.
