The only place you'll ever want to come to for your vacations. Absolutely perfect location, the beds are very comfortable. The cabins are beautiful, and the staff is friendly.

This resort and marina is great for families. There is a quiet laid back vibe that is very relaxing. Very nice cabins and full marina facilities. Staff are friendly and helpful. One of my favorite places to stay is the floating home. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home, screen porch with a 50' covered boat slip along side. Bring your boat and come and go as you please.

Let me start off saying we have stayed at over a half dozen marinas and camping and cabins around texoma over the last 20 years. They are all very nice and we always have a great time at all of them. This location is special in its own ways. It is much more private and has a lot of room to move. Security is great ,but they really don't seem to need it. Or they just do such a great job as we never had any issues with leaving stuff out in our boat or on our deck or in the bed of the pick up. The staff is helpful and attentive to your needs. Just about everyone else was great to speak with around the marina with other customers. The cabins are very nice and they work hard on the upkeep and maintenance of the place. They are super accommodating and easy going. The views are tremendous (see the pictures) Launching or retrieving your boat is in a protective cove so even on windy days it is not a chore. The ramp is shallow so be prepared to set you tow vehicle in deep (up 1/2 over the back wheels of my 3/4 ton truck). All in all one of the best weekend getaways in a long time.
If I could make recommendations or a wish list (not a complaint) 1. A dock or slip to park the boat while we put the truck and trailer away as the shore is also shallow and hard to beach without running the prop in the sand. 2. Make the ramp a bit steeper? 3. On sunset shores see if the core will add plastic and rocks to control the hillside beach erosion and put a staircase down to the water. Next trip will be back at this location , Just a great weekend all the way around.

We have had a fabulous stay here for 4 nights! I would definitely recommend this resort to families for a great getaway. The cabin was much better then I expected from the pictures. Great location by the water and very private. Park for the kids right out the front door and a deck overlooking the lake right out the back door. We even had a covered private boat slip at no charge. Cabin has EVERYTHING you might need in the kitchen and baths. They even supply wood for the fireplace and fire pit. More then we had hoped for and not wanting to leave. A+++

We were only going to stay here one night but it was so relaxing, we stayed an extra night. We were in cabin 13 which was right next to the water. It was perfect for me to capture a sunset on the front deck.||||Everything you need is included in the bath and kitchen. We loved the jacuzzi tub. You can relax in it and see the lake through the windows. The beds were very comfortable.||||The tv didn't get very good reception, so we rented movies from Redbox. The internet was strong enough that the kids could play games on their laptops. We were there through the week so we were the only people there until check out time the last day and others started checking in. It was quiet and peaceful. I plan on visiting again soon.

Long mid-week through weekend stay. To top it off, the first two days have massive wind storms roll through and disrupted our plans. Flowing Wells cannot change the weather but they provided a great cabin that withstood the storms, wonderful amenities within the cabin and surrounding area. A trip with three kids (11, 16 & 17) is challenging but when plans get changed having other things to accommodate makes it much easier. Comfortable beds to sleep in, plenty of room for 5 people to stay and 7 to hangout in during the day. Met with several staff members (Bob, Jeff and a few others), wonderful people. Courteous and professional individuals. Even while cleaning the facilities from debris after the storm, they took the time to stop work and visit. Lake Texoma is a beautiful lake and deserves a visit; Flowing Wells is a great place to consider using during such a visit. Thank you to the FW staff!

Nice place overlooking the water. Our group rented two cabins next to each other - one bed/bath cottage, and two bedroom with loft. Both were quite nice. The larger one with loft had lots of space for 6 people. The master bathroom has a large jacuzzi bath. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes and such. The deck overlooking the lake had great sunsets/sunrises. The one on the larger cabin has a roof. The deck on the smaller one did not. If you have a boat that can beach on shallow water or a waverunner, you could easily beach it in view of the deck. They have free WIFI, but don't expect video streaming speeds - its 4 Mbps up & 1 Mbps down. The water from the faucets tasted funny to us so bring your own drinking water. There's a grocery store not too far away. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great time here, my boys (age 3 and 5) never wanted to leave! We made friends with the cows in the “back yard,” paddled boats in the little pond, went hiking, found “fossils” in the woods (I have no idea what small dead animal bones they found, but they brought it home - pray for me!!) and enjoyed all the amenities indoors; many kitchen utensils, an egg bake for breakfast (wow!!), and all the fixings for s’mores, making a fire, and grilling up food. It was so relaxing and fun! These folks thought of everything you could need to enjoy your time away from the big city!
