I give this Hotel ratings NONE, but then you can not post. I book 4-12-2025 a room handicap accessible due to the fact that it was a girls weekend Birthday..$204.00 for a room that stayed hot the two hours that was all we could stand. Nancy book the room an come to find out she is the manager an only person that is authorize a refund since we didn't stay. I would have taken another room, but do to the fact that my wheelchair bound Friend then was strict by limitations I just want my refund. On top of that When I call and try to discuss this I was told they were aware of the issue, but at this time I would have to wait til Tuesday when Nancy was in . I understand that,but No. The young lady just kept repeating herself very rude like.All together my issue to this Hotel is not a priority to them. I'm so unhappy. Do not waste your money, nor time more so if u came to gamble an spend money in there fine Thackerville, Ok.

Please read the one star reviews, they are not exaggerating. This is the worst hotel ever. First, the room was not ready when we arrived to check in. ( we were on time) Then my wife asked for an extra blanket because the heater didn't warm up the room and was told "we don't have any". Breakfast was a joke. Only waffles with no syrup, cereal with no milk. When we asked for milk, they said "we don't have any" All there was to eat was old dry stale bread and English muffins. We had to go down the road to a Sonic to get breakfast. Wi-fi did not work. Had 2 or 3 light bulbs out in the room. They say you get what you pay for. Well, I think $350 for 2 nights is more than enough to get better than we did!!

This is the most pathetic excuse of a hotel, staff, business and ownership I have ever seen. When we originally checked in, they gave us a room without a pullout couch, so we asked if there was a different room available which the lady at the front desk was more than happy to give us. She didnât mention that there were extra charges associated with the new room, which we wouldâve been happy to pay if that was made clear from the beginning. When we got to the new room, the pullout couch had brown stains that looked like someone soiled themselves. All of the âclean towelsâ had brown stains on them as well. All the pictures are below. They were unable to provide any sheets, blankets or pillows for the pullout bed. We asked the man at the front desk if there was an extra room just for one person who was sleeping on the pullout couch, and he gave us the extra room and explicitly stated that we would not be charged for it due to the mess on the pullout couch. The next day, they charged my card for the extra room, and said the manager did not approve the extra room, which was $230. When I asked to speak to the manager, Melanie at the front desk told me that she could not be reached because she apparently ruptured her appendix two days ago and was just going into surgery today. Melanie also stated that the hotel was completely sold out when there was 6 cars in the parking lot. She blatantly lied on multiple occasions, she was rude, and based on her managers instructions had a complete disregard for customer service with no solutions to make this situation right. If you are reading this and considering booking this hotel while visiting winstar, look somewhere else.

Run down with carpet beetles in the rooms. So bad I left early and management refused to even partially refund me leaving early. Management basically called me a liar after sending their housekeeping to the room to check. This is the very person who is not cleaning the rooms properly. The saddest part is when I went to front desk another couple were complaining about the same issue. Honestly you would be more comfortable staying elsewhere where they care!

This was a very disappointing stay. When we called to ask certain questions we were told that there was a shuttle to the casino that leaves from the hotel and that we could call for it to pick us up on demand. There was not - the shuttle does not service this hotel and we had to walk a quarter mile to another hotel to get the shuttle. This made us late for a concert. |We were told there would be WiFi which was important as we had to stay in contact with work. There was no WiFi, however the staff blamed this on all four of our iPhones. We were told there was an open, heated pool. The pool was closed. |The room was clean, however throughout the building there were light bulbs out and the outdoor signage lights did not work. This along with the useless WiFi are indicative of a hotel very much in decline. It could be a nice place if someone put some effort into it. |The prices were astronomical and for the reasons above, we wonât be paying those prices for this product again.

We booked the Suite for an expensive retreat. The A/C did not work, broken light bulb in the lamp, and the TV remote did not work. Would not stay there again. No other room were available when we called the front desk. They also mentioned to turn the TV on by pressing the power button on the TV.

Many cons. I wanted to book directly and the phone was answered by someone who did not understand English and not local. This led to a lot of misinformation. They told us there was WiFi, and there wasnât. They told us there was a shuttle to the casino when there isnât. They told us there was a heated pool when there wasnât.
The room was $400 and had many issues. The doorknobs either didnât work or were installed incorrectly, leading to half of my party getting locked into their room! Some of the lightbulbs were out. The back door lock doesnât work. The WiFi doesnât work and I was told it hasnât worked in a month and a half.
I didnât notice any cleanliness issues, which is important, and why I rated it two stars. However, it simply isnât worth staying here.

I booked at this place on friday january 10th at around 7pm. We were on our way when the conditions on the road deteriorated real quick. The bridges and roads started to freeze. I called the hotel around 8pm because we knew we were not going to make it. The lady that answered the phone simple just told me that due to the rules she couldn't give me a refund, i think these rules shouldn't apply when it come to weather unexpectedly making it impossible for us to make it. They could've atleast refunded me half, i would've been ok with that.
