It was a pleasure working with Chef Micahel! I reached out to Micahel to cater my 40th birthday dinner in Blue Ridge, Ga. He responded very promptly and provided a good variety of menu options for me to choose from.
He kept great communication leading up to the event. He arrived on time and got right to work in the kitchen. The food was delicious! It was a great experience being able to enjoy our guests while the food was being prepared nearby.
I would definitely recommend Chef Micahel for any future events!

What an experience Chef Michael creates when he enters your home!! We have had a private event for 20 and a catered one for just under 300 and I promise you the attention the detail, the service, the experience and the taste never skipped a beat. Chef Micahel, thanks a million for you professional chef service and making my 50th birthday celebration special. I was impressed with how responsive you were everytime I needed to talk to you leading up to the event. You were always available and I truly appreciate you. On the day of the event he called to ensure everything on my end was on point. He arrived early to set up, and was well prepared to satisfy our taste needs. The food was fresh, hot, very tasty, and oh my goodness smell and looked delightful... The food was amazing, and outstanding quality. Everyone is talking about it...... Just so you know in advance I will be booking you again soon!

Southern Comfort Cabin Rentals just experienced lunch from this amazing Chef.
Beef tenderloin filet, bourbon shrimp, hand made honey Dijon dressing for the salad, even the bread was delicious.

My sister recommended Chef Micahel from an event she attended and he did not disappoint. He was very responsive when I reached out to inquire about his services and was extremely professional. He promptly presented a proposal, which was outlined as discussed. But the food…it was a hit at my dad’s surprise retirement party! I would definitely recommend him and work with him again. It's crazy how Michael didn't know 2020 I was in a deep depression wasn't eating for 4 months when I came out of my depression Micheal Barnes cooked me my first meal it's crazy how life brings you back to the person who gave you joy from food! !!Thank you ?
