The lady who was at the desk appeared to be in a bad mood or something because she was really rude to my friend and I. I will never stay there again!!🤬
I paid for the room for the night and she didn't have any decency to have the heat turned on before I arrived.
If you decide to go to this place, my recommendation is to please bypass it. It's not worth the time or money and this lady needs to be told about her attitude very bad!

The owner and his wife are a bit rude. I had a debit card with no name printed on it and she NEEDED cash. I took out my Discover Credit Card, names and number on the card are printed on the back of these. She throws it back at me says, "This doesn't have a name either!" I assure her it does, on the back. She gets quiet then and issues the room.

This was a bit over a year ago but I still remember this place. The $40 was worth it to deal with someone like this because the maid on site is very nice and cleaned our room right before we were issued it. The only downside to that is the room reeked of bleach for awhile.

The televisions are nice and probably one of the biggest upgrades this place has. Everything else is very dated. The beds do have burns in the sheets, but we asked for a smoking room so that wasn't an issue for us.

If there was a no star option I would choose that. This place is disgusting and full of crackheads. We checked in at 7pm and left by 830. The bed was dirty (there was obvious "stuff" on the bed from people having sex. ) the sheets were old and crunchy. After there about 5 minutes a neighbor came over and pounded on the door asking if we had any drugs. I was there with my 7 month old daughter. This happened twice more BEFORE we left an hour later! The ceiling fan didn't work and was dangling from the ceiling. The bathroom light took 5 minutes to come on and the toilet obviously hadn't been cleaned since God knows when. The microwave was duct taped together and the mini fridge smelled like rotten eggs and didn't work. The room reeked of smoke and smelled like a garbage bag. We stayed maybe an hour and a half and I felt so uncomfortable we had to leave. Called today to talk to the manager and he pretty much told me tough and "they don't do refunds". I think I'll be calling the police to go and have this place checked out. DO NOT STAY HERE! YOU WILL NOT BE COMFORTABLE UNLESS YOU ARE A JUNKIE! Was not worth losing $50 over and putting myself and my daughter in danger. ONLY good thing was the young girl at the front desk at the time was super sweet.

Owners are nice and dont bother you at all. Rooms are decent and I havent had any issues with bed bugs or roaches. Only improvement I think they could make is bigger bath towels and more towels. I only got 1 small bath towel 1 hand towel and 2 wash cloths for 2 people. 2 people should get 2 bigger bath towels not 1 tiny bath towel and 2 hand towels. But for $55 a night its well worth the cost.

No hot water at all. Told the office. They said no one has ever complained about that before and they don't do refunds or apparently fix issues while you are in the room. So, it didn't get resolved. After checking out, I was offered another room to take a shower in. Too late. I'll go elsewhere. The beds were hard. The fridge had 3 legs and was wobbly. It took forever to get cold because it was open when I went in the room. Nothing in the room matches (comforter, walls, curtains, etc). All in all, I was highly dissatisfied with my experience and service. For the same amount I could have gone to many other places nearby and I highly encourage you to do the same.

I would suggest Deluxe Inn & Suites to anyone Shutdowns & or Pipeline workers .This area is ideal for shopping and restaurants . The Suites are equipped with full fridge 2 burner stove separate restroom. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

This place was incredibly dirty. They complained that they would have to wash the sheets because my friend who picked me up had dogs in the car and they were convinced the dogs stayed in the room even though they knew I checked in alone and they saw my friend arrive about 15 mins earlier to get me. So that means they don’t wash the sheets when someone stays there normally? That explains the full face of makeup imprinted on my pillow. They also didn’t have shampoo. The people across the parking lot from me were clearly selling drugs as they had about 25 cars show up throughout the night. The girl a couple rooms over must have bought something from him because an ambulance and about 6 police cars showed up for her. All in all not the best place if you just want a clean quiet place to stay.

The wife is rude and hateful to people inconsistent with prices and won't give you clean linens
