Horrible experience. Fire alarms went off twice at 1am. My son was so scared of the place as soon as we walked into the lobby he cried the entire time. Wouldn't refund our money. The place was filthy the bed sheets has some nasty liquid stuff on them. The room behind us was tapped off with a code compliance on the door saying it was inhabitable. Would not suggest you stay at this motel especially if you have small children my son is two. And small children can sense bad sports and there was something definitely going on in that place. Wish I would have never wasted my money on that room. Don't expect a refund because you won't get it. And then the lady at the front desk in the morning asked why we were taking our own pillows basically accused us of stealing the motel pillows

Was checked in less than 30 minutes.. First room i was shown had broken light fixture. Tried viewing two other rooms and, my room I was assured would be as good as the last room shown. NO. It had an unmade bed with visibly dirty sheets and blanket. Not to mention the barking dog and yelling guest all heard up and down the halls. AND the elevator doesnt work. Thats when I requested to cancel. The manager assured I would be refunded. But was told less than a hour later, after I had left, by customer service, that he rejected the refund request. And now, I see the cancellation fee is the same as the room fee. Not worth the cheap rate.

Let's start off by saying I have stayed at some pretty sketchy places before trying to find a bargain,  but this place tested my bargain hunting and decision making skills.

My 1st red flag was pulling up to the hotel to see several  Police officers, but still....I was vested in a good money bargain.

After several attempts to first someone,  I found the lady to check in.  I asked her if the police were at the hotel often in which she replied,  " oh yes.  Several times a day! You should feel safe though because they are always pulling bad purple out of here. "

I know what your thinking.. clearly another red flag but I'm a glass half full person and decided to take this information as to invoke confidence that at least I would be rescued quickly if things went array.

After a few failed attempts of the lady finding me a room,  she took me to the place I would call home for a week. One look at the room made me proud knowing that my vaccinations from every disease was up to date,  as my immune system would definitely take a hit.

I didn't have time to take in the masterpiece, as I had to head into work for my shift at night.  At work,  I contemplated my life choices and looked at a few life insurance policies on my downtime (just in case).  After work I decided to continue the journey.. surely I would be fine.  It's just a place to sleep and shower right?

I finally arrived to thoroughly check out my sleep cave. You know the saying that you can't polish a turd? Well.... this hotel didn't even try as it was a 7 on the Bristol stool chart (that's liquid diarrhea for you non medical folk!).

I will try to attached pictures for you to enjoy.  Let's just say....I do have a breaking point and this was it! I could not stay and had to scramble to get another hotel to let me check in early.

My take away: sometimes even the best bargains are not worth it, but it sure makes one hell of a story!!

first and foremost, why is this “hotel” still up for “reservation” when its not in “operation” any longer? I have booked it over a month ago because I was looking for a cheap place for a night,but I got there looks like a dead building( way different from photos) and seem like infested with ghosts! It was so scary! I cant talk to anybody on the phone and so I call the booking agency , after a long wait I was informed that this hotel is already closed! So I finally setteled in a nearby hotel and the person told me about that particular hotel has ben closed over 6 months now! Why the hell its still up for booking just a month ago?
Please whoever is responsible, take this off the booking site! people wants to save and look for cheap but safe place, but this one is a great disappontment ever!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. It was very obvious that they just bought this building that looked like it used to be a hospital or other type of care facility. They were in the middle of remodeling it and should not be using it yet. It is 3 stories but the elevator doesn't work so we had to climb the stairs to our 3rd floor room. The carpet was totally disgusting. There were curtains just barely tacked up over the windows but didn't cover them all. There were no towels at all. The bathroom door had a handle but no latch to keep it closed. There were torn up spaces everywhere. If it wouldn't have been almost midnight and I was not dog tired, I would have gone somewhere else. This was my first time staying at an OYO property and most likely will be my last. JUST DON'T DO IT!!!

The place was disgusting. When I got here to check in the guy wasn't in the office. I had to call and he came down about 10 minutes later. Upon arriving to my room I discovered that there was no sheets, blankets, towels or wash cloths and the tv was on. The couch and the bed and the pillows have all kinds of stains on them. The hallways and the room stink so bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever! And there's gnats flying all over the place! I only put a star because I had to to continue with this review.

On June 21, 2021 I made the payment for 2 nights at this hotel through the internet, as soon as I entered all my information, the person on duty called me telling me that they had no availability for those nights, obviously it was not necessary to go there. I asked the man if they were going to return my money because they charged me and he told me that there was no problem. I tried to talk to the manager and she never showed her face, she never responded, all she did was send another man to talk to me. I went to the hotel to get my money back and she NEVER talked to me, she said it was a corporation. In addition, the man who works at the reception stated that I was late for the reservation when he only called me to tell me that they had no availability. Neither corporation nor that hotel want to refund my money. I called the bank and they told me I had to wait for them, I would call them again to get an answer and I still haven't heard from them. Today is January 31, 2022 and they still don't want to return my money. I've been ROBBED. NEVER stay in this hotel

Staff fixed a few things in the our room that needed fixing. Unfortunately the refrigerator in the room didn't work. But we made do with our ice chest. The room was very clean and it was quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the price was more than affordable.
