Had multiple problems while staying here. I had to stay here for a lil bit longer than expected due to personal reasons . I did have a dog and they were friendly with him. There is bugs and when you walk out your door you see nothing but people on drugs and people bent over from the fentanyl. The maintenance man stole my new iPhone. He was only suppose to work on the shower and stole it. I raised hell about it but not a resolution to the problem.

I'm paralyzed and they have 4 handicapped rooms which were rented out to non disabled people since rooms are bigger. The staff and owners are rude as hell plus they charge 67 dollars for a room then wanted more than advertised.... I was told that I can't have visitors. Literally 2 friends stopped by then I was in room then I had a staircase next to my room and door. So I had 5-10 people bugging us all the time. Not to mention the violence you're sitting in on their property. I was told that t the security guard was beat up and they cannot hire better people. I was disappointed, disrespected and offended by this hotel and staff
I don't think anyone should be able to stay in this situation nor pay like 70$ per night in this hotel and location. I will never forget the horrible words that I heard from stuff nor the absolute unprofessional ways of the company. O plus no breakfast as advertise. The place is a joke and needs to be shutdown or new staff members and bosses. Then actually have real security guards on site. I Also forgot my organic food and I was told that I didn't/ they didn't know what happened to it. After I stated that this is the worst experience i've ever had before while staying in a hotel. I was told thank by staff. They charged more than advertised, dirty rooms, smelly too. Non smoking that's a joke plus the goodies that they're advertising are a joke. So if you actually do make the mistake of staying here be prepared for the worst experience ever and rude employees. Then all the crazy people who are up all night and working girls walking around the place. I will never forget the horrible experience nor recommend anyone else. Its ghetto as hell please take my advice and stay away from the place. Go further down from that area to pick hotels.

The rooms were huge. The showers had such wonderful water pressure and the water was constantly hot. The beds and the pillows were so comfortable. They have cable and even our old favorite local news. The towels are wonderful and the wash rags are nice and thick. They even called the room if they saw us coming in to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit OKC. 😁

disgusting. wouldn't change my room. smelled horrid. leftover used medical supply stickers and qtips ashes and god knows what in the bedside drawers floors were not vacuumed. window was unsafe and "secured" with the curtain stick. refused to refund or switch rooms. if i could give negative stars i would. I will be contacting the media. i was discriminated against based on the fact that I had paid a cheaper rate through a third party online site. stay far away from this place.

My 18 year old daughter book a room here a few weeks ago when her team was playing at Nationals in OKC. She called me up in an absolute panic after seeing how incredibly disgusting the room was the staff gave her. She sent me pictures of the room and was afraid to touch anything. There was blood on the bedspread, white stuff on the chair, black stuff all over the sink, filthy carpets and walls..... it was shocking. They charged her $50. for this room. I called, told them about the photos my daughter sent me and asked them if they had a clean room. They said, "no problem." My daughter then went down there and the staff person was extremely rude to her, said he could upgrade her to a better room for an additional $15. That room was cleaner, but my daughter was so freaked out by the whole experience she never fell asleep. Absolutely THE WORST hotel experience.

To be honest, this place DOES NOT deserve a one star. I HIGHLY recommend you spend the extra $30 to stay at the La Quinta or another hotel in that same vicinity. Originally I booked this room due to most hotels not taking more than 3 dogs. We own 5, three aussies, two pit bull mixes. My dogs wouldn’t even go into this hotel room thats how disgusting it was. I took three feet in, my asthma began to react so I immediately left went to the front desk and asked for another room. After getting one I went back and my significant other said “I don’t even feel comfortable here, there is some sketchy stuff happening so I called La Quinta and got us a room.” The La Quinta charged us the exact same price that this hotel did. Please save yourself a night of misery and spend the extra money. ABVI charged us $50 for our five dogs, and La Quinta charged us a flat $20.Our dogs are much cleaner than this hotel. The sad thing about this is they wouldn’t refund my $90. I hope they take that and use it towards actually updating their disgusting, below 1 star hotel. I will never stay in an ABVI or book a room at one of these hotels again. Below 1 start rating. Absolutely disgusting! Very disappointed.

At first glance, it seemed like an affordable, simple hotel, which would have been perfect. We were traveling from Texas to Illinois and did not require luxury. However, it was not a good value after all. There were 3 pillows, all very flat with approx., a 1 inch thickness. Really felt like using no pillow all. Also, other than the bathroom and behind the TV, there were no electrical outlets. The bedside lamps did not work because there was no plug in, no way to charge phone except in the bathroom. The TV did not work. There are several other choices for hotels at this exit. I would recommend avoiding this one.

Oh where do I start....the towels are stained it was hot as hatiez when we entered the room. It does look like they tried to update but got half way there and failed. We left all day and came back to no clean towels and unmade beds. Good thing I bought towels because there is no way I was going down stairs to the lobby and following the male night worker to the back corner of the complex to the laundry room to get more...because you sure cant call...the phone in the room is just for show. this not what I expected I know it a cheap hotel but really you could do better.. and don't get me started on the free breakfast...
