Latin American cafe. I ordered simple eggs and bacon, my husband ordered an omelette with shrimp. they were served with fried bananas. I liked it, my husband liked it 3 points out of five. The cafe is located in a carved old building. I liked the interior.

First time here at the Bodega! Kate was our server and she was super friendly! This is a great atmosphere with delicious food! I had the Ropa Vieja plate and my husband had the Caribbean Chicken. I highly recommend this place!

Phew, was this good! We got the Spanish tortilla which was pretty good, though not as good as my grandmother’s. I got a cappuccino and dang was it good! Despite being busy the service was fast and our waitress was so kind. Definitely a quaint, delightful place for breakfast! Would definitely go again!

So, I was really excited about getting a Spanish tortilla. I lived in Spain as a teenager and have eaten them many times. This wasn’t it. I couldn’t find any of the potatoes that were supposed to be in it. On the other hand, it was delicious. I would order it again, because it was really good. The chorizo fries were pretty great and I loved my latte, though I think my daughter’s cappuccino was even better. The service was excellent.

Okay time to re-review...

Still 5 stars. A++++. 11/10.

Best coffee in Columbus. Cafe con leche is my go-to. I tried the pistachio latte when they had it for a limited time. It was good. My go-to order food wise is the tripleta a la bodega, but I've had the Benedict, omelette (best I've ever had), parfait, and others. The fries and plantains are so good, especially with their house sauce. Honestly you can't go wrong with anything you order.

It's a very popular place so be prepared for a wait if you going during peak day/times or special holidays like mothers day. I assure you it's worth the wait, but also worth going on any off peak time.

Also check out their market next door. They also sell the coffee they use in the restaurant, and you can order the coffee drinks from there as well.
