Had to stay here on a whim due to home renovation, check in went smooth, I was acknowledged and greeted as a member by the pleasant young lady working the front desk. I noticed how clean the lobby is upon entry. Our suite was really clean as well. Beds were comfy with clean, crisp linens. And most importantly, they have freaking KEURIGS in the room. Yes. KEURIGS no keurig is always my biggest issue when lodging away from home so that was a huge PLUS. Bathroom was clean and supplied with plenty of towels and dove brand toiletries. The shower could've used a little more attention to detail as I did notice a cpl spots on the back wall and the curtain could stand to be changed, something that was noticeable at the bottom and once it got wet. The breakfast was very good. The little pancake machine was a nice touch, had a good selection of food and everything from the hot food to the fruits were fresh. The young lady did an excellent job at the food and keeping the dining area running smoothly. It was quite obvious she's been doing this a while. Kids loved the pool. I was very pleased with our whole experience at the HIE and will be making this our permanent place when we need a home away from home for the night.

I was staying at another hotel down the street and was completely dissatisfied with that property. I’m so glad I chose this Holiday Inn for the remainder of my stay. The facility was CLEAN, the staff was so nice and helpful, and my room was very clean. I enjoyed all the Dove products in the bathroom. The bed and pillows were super comfy. I almost didn’t want to leave lol. The lighting options were perfect because there was something for any mood/time of day. It was plenty spacious and very quiet. I even asked two different front desk attendants for restaurant and shopping recommendations and they did not disappoint. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. I often travel alone so feeling safe in a hotel is high on my list when choosing a property. I never felt as though I was among suspicious persons or activity and in fact, it was quite the opposite. The breakfast options were not too broad, but it was free and it was still delicious. I will absolutely be staying here next time I’m in town!

My spouse and I were very satisfied. The beds were so comfy, the air conditioning was nice. Very clean room, and bathroom.
The 4/5 review was only because we wanted to sit in the hot tub. The pool was open and very clean.

Snowing outside, nice and warm on the inside. The pool area was well kept. The water was warm. My grandkids and I had a great weekend at this property. Great breakfast choices.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I have stayed here in the past before it was renovated and still had a great experience. The staff makes this hotel what it is. From the front desk staff with a willingness to help to the housekeeping staff making sure the entire hotel look nice. The staff is proud to be here, you see it in thier smile and how they greet you every time they see you. Their spirit of hospitality, which in today is not something seen often. The rooms were clean, and spacious. There is plenty of room (a sofa would be nice), and a good supply of hot water.

Friendly staff, clean facility and rooms. The breakfast was great with a lot of options. Beds were comfortable. Great location close by to Rose State College. We always stay here when we have an event close by.

Super clean room, no weird smells. Pleasant staff, I think only 1 elevator works. Free breakie, pancakes, eggs, muffins. Safe area it seems, good view of them demolishing a building & the Home Depot was beautiful.

Update: My last two stays at this location were disappointing because the front desk staff (same person) was unfriendly, which created a negative atmosphere for my visits. However, during my most recent trip to Oklahoma City, I decided to stay at the Holiday Inn Express Oklahoma City Mid-Airport Area, located at 7817 South Walker Ave. This location did not disappoint.
