It was the worse possible situation. We came in late expecting to get our room and go right to sleep. When we got to our room it was 95 o in there and the AC was on and set to 45. Needless to say the air was not working and hot air was blowing. We also noticed there was no pillows on the beds or toilet paper in the restrooms. I called down to the front desk and explained the situation. They put me on hold. On hold in a closed 95 degree hotel room is not pleasant. When they came back on and said they would be right up. I said no way we are coming back down. When I got back to the front desk they said they had spoke to the manager and we’re going to try and find us another room. So 30 minutes later still no room. Non of their other rooms were clean and they were overbooked. Told me the manager was looking at another hotel for us. So we waited another hour while the front desk person was on the phone trying to cancel their reservation system online. While we were waiting 3 other people came in with reservations and they turned them away. They told us they would refund us for our stay. I said yes but what about our room at another property. They said oh I’ll call next door- Motel 6. I was shocked! So the whole time no one was looking for another hotel for us they made us wait an hour for nothing!! They called Motel 6 and found out they had a room with 2 doubles. I asked if they were gonna cover the cost and they said no I was on my own. By this time it was almost 2:00am. I will definitely be thinking twice about booking another night with Marriott if this is the service I will get. I always thought they were top notch. So dissatisfied.

My daughter stayed there from April 11-13, 2025.||The condition of the room was far below the standards expected from a reputable hotel chain. || Specifically, the front desk man appeared completely defeated. Said he has worked multiple shift multiple days in a row. No shower curtain and trash cans in guest room. Rotting food under the sink. The severely deteriorated condition of the mattress felt like I was sleeping on the bedsprings, which created an unacceptable and uncomfortable environment. || This experience significantly detracted from the overall quality of stay and raised concerns. || A thorough inspection is needed to ensure future guests receive the level of comfort and hygiene they deserve.

We reserved a room online. We arrived late and checked in. We entered our room and the heat was on and it was 95 o in there! I immediately called down to the front desk and explained that the air was not working and it was 95 in there. They had the nerve to put me on hold! When they came back to the phone I say we are coming back down and not staying in this room. They didn’t even have pillows on the beds and no toilet paper. When we got down to the front desk, they said they would find us a new room. About 30 minutes later they could not find us a clean room. Said they were at capacity and the manager was aware and getting us another room at another property. In the mean time the front desk person was on the phone with someone trying to shut down their reservation link online. 3 other people came in with reservations and they turned them away. So an hour later the front desk person finally looks up and tells us that we will not be charged. I said ok but what about the room your manager was going to get for us. He said oh let me call to the hotel next door. Are you kidding me!! It was Motel 6. He called and said they have a room with two double beds available. I asked if we were going to be reimbursed for the room and they said no. By this time it was almost 2:00 am. Just so dissatisfied on how this whole thing was handled. Why make us wait an hour just to pass us off to Motel 6? I could have made that call or could have called another Marriott property to get a better room. Will think twice about booking with Marriott again.

I'm going to break this review down in two parts, one at check-in and one at check-out. First of all, this was the worst check in that I've ever experienced at any hotel. The hotel location is terrible with only one way out and lots of construction. The agent, who wasn't wearing a name tag and who wouldn't give me his name, never looked me in the eye or looked up at me the entire time during checkin. He never said welcome, never smiled and acted like he doesn't like his job. He acted like he's working for a manager that condones this type of behavior. When I asked to speak to the manager, he told me that she was on the phone and couldn't talk. When I asked him her name, he nust gave me the name name Stacey and then said he didn't know her last name. The agent seemed to have a high school level attitude and lacks good communication or social skills. So needless to say we are off to a very bad start! I asked him about handicap accomodations, but he never responded and proceeded to put us in room 112 which is located all the way at the extreme back of the hotel. This room is really bad because the HVAC system is extremely loud and sounds like a train is crossing so I haven't gotten any sleep since we checked in. The bell cart is broken and came apart as I was trying to transport my luggage to the room. We have been here for 5 days and the room has not been cleaned nor have we been given any fresh towels or had our sheets changed. More to come.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Here’s just a few pictures of our “clean” room: air return vent and windowsill were covered in dirt; bathroom toilet had poo stains; hair over toilet, floor, and shower; crumbs on kitchen floor; and spill stains on appliances. The room and halls smelled musty. For the property when we first walked in I noticed carpet off of base boards and wallpaper peeling, I thought they were renovating but it feels like the hotel has just been neglected. I can’t believe Marriott is associated with this property. There is a Texas Roadhouse restaurant in the parking lot and motel 6 next door, but behind it is an abandoned mall. This was the first time I have ever checked out of a hotel faster than I checked in!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP!

Not recommended. Hotel is extremely run down. Room was dirty, hallway smelled like old people and stale food. Ants in the room. I woke up and went to take a shower, no towels. On top of everything else when I showed up to check in, I was informed that the hotel wouldn’t take Apple credit card. The desk agent pointed at a sign on the wall that stated no pre-paid cards were allowed like Chime, GreenDot, etc. I explained that the Apple Card is none of the ones listed on the sign, is the card I reserved the room with, and is not a pre-paid card. I was told to use another card or have the reservation cancelled. Should have cut bait then…

Don’t do it..especially if you’re single. This location is next to an abandoned mall or conference center. The lighting was terrible and felt unsafe. The large dark parking lot of the mall was fair game for spinouts making a ton of noise. Although the lobby was clean and the room furniture seemed clean, other areas were beyond gross. The fridge in our room had stains on the front that were ..um..scary. Three of the cabinet doors in the kitchenette were broken, no utensils, no paper towels or towels, and just gross dirty. The bathroom light didn’t work. The AC made an awful racket like a semi truck was parked in our room so we turned it off. We asked to move rooms and they basically said the conditions wouldn’t improve so what was the point. As for morning breakfast, it was bagels and two warm dishes. You can see in the photo that the eggs were green. Yes, green!! So, we threw those away and went back to the room to pack & leave.. only to find we were locked out. The door lock malfunctioned and it took them 45 minutes to get us back into the room. I will say the maintenance person was very kind. Don’t be fooled by the promo photos on the page. You’re not getting a clean safe room with a fluffy ham sandwich for breakfast.

My kids and I decided to rent a big nice room for new years so we could be comfy and celebrate and swim and just enjoy ourselves. This hotel and it's staff provided that for us with no issues. Pool is amazing, breakfast is amazing, and the 2 bedroom suite we got was fabulous!!! I definitely recommend staying here. Great prices as well!!!
