We had to come to the city a day before my surgical procedure. We chose Candlewood as an online reservation due to price and convenience to the medical center and Bricktown. When we arrived we found that the room had a kitchenette. Although we didn’t use this time, we certainly will next time. There was a full sized fridge and cook top and even a dishwasher.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were first class
The front desk clerk was so friendly and informative.
We were shuttled to Bricktown and had a great afternoon there and simply called and we were picked up promptly. Our driver was friendly and helpful.
We will come back and recommend to our family and friends.

From the moment I checked to the moment I checked, front desk staff were welcoming & helpful. There was a free shuttle (shared by the 2 hotels next door) that dropped us off at & picked us up from the Criterion where we attended a concert. The next night, we called the shuttle to pick us up at Paycom center where we attended another concert. I am an independent travel advisor & will recommend this hotel to my clients.

We booked this hotel for a visit/audition at OKCU. It was in a rather industrial location, but it was near the university and felt perfectly safe. We had requested a room without feathers/down due to allergy, and it seemed housekeeping had overlooked the request, but the desk agent took care of it quickly. The desk guys were great- friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We didn’t cook, but there were a few basic items in the room and others that could be borrowed. Our room had 2 queen beds, but only 2 of each bowl/plate/fork/etc. - there probably ought to be four of each. The room was very clean, and bed and bedding were comfortable. Definitely recommend

Sunny greeted us with a smile and we had a quick check in experience. He offered an on call shuttle to bricktown for our safe transportation needs. Lots of snacks and dronks in the psntry and 24/7 coffee service in the lobby. Clean room and bathroom!

The hotel is near the highway so ask for an odd numbered room (on opposite side) if prefer quieter for sleep.
Great staff and good amenities provided. There is no outdoor pool on the property (was listed on website). Laundry facilities are available.

Unexpectedly great stay! The rooms are absolutely huge! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The elevators were a little sketchy feeling, they jumped and jostled a lot. The parking lot was big and well lit which was nice for our U-Haul and trailer, however, there were homeless people walking through which felt a little unsafe. No breakfast, but they offer free coffee. The rooms are definitely designed for longer stays and offer items to be lent out, like crockpots and such which was such a cool idea. They have a shuttle to bricktown which was such a cute little area of downtown.

Check in and check out was easy. Friendly staff. Hotel was very clean. Location sucks with no walk ways to and from bricktown. Shuttle service was great for the ride into town but not so much when we got picked back up.

My stay was nice. I was extremely impressed by the associates at the check in desk. They were very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I think the room could be cleaned a little better. The comfortable big chair had stains on the top part of it, and the carpet could use cleaning. A few spots on the walls and more variety in entrees in the snack shop. Thank you for your services overall. I had a very pleasant stay. God Bless!!
