This is no longer our Edmond hotel of choice which is sad, as it's been very good for years. They are also undergoing a renovation. Good for them. What they need are front desk people who know how to work with the public. We had a BIG problem with a girl (evening shift) there. I'm not even going to say what it was because even she needs a job, and I'm not going to be why she loses it. I will say I wouldn't hire her for ANY position ANYWHERE. Breakfast was also a major fail. The food was cold, well below inspection standards. Even the floppy pancake maker would not work. The so called juice tasted like water with food coloring. Needless to say we did NOT receive our monies worth at all here. After MANY stays, that desk person and poor breakfast made it clear it's time to move on. (Note: The morning check out person was both friendly and nice. Still, no way will we deal with that afternoon/evening girl again.)

This place is undergoing some makeovers but this didn't affect my stay. They do warn you of the noise, however I was out during the day. My bathroom had a small leak which they quickly addressed, and the breakfast lady! What a gem! They have a good variety eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, bagels, etc, but she asks each time if there's anything she can get you that isn't set out. Oh they also have the pancake a d waffle maker! Cereal, oatmeal, the possibilities are endless! They even have baggies for you to take a muffin or bagel in case you're on the run! Very very accommodating place, again it's like a home away from home!

Maybe after the remodel they'll be better, but overall I would not stay here again.

They had remodel supplies blocking sidewalks, so if you were handicap, you could not use it and needed to come up the driveway/entry way, which is not exactly flat.

Breakfast manager/host was sweet and had hot coffee always at the ready.

Construction started at 8, if not before, and was loud. Don't expect to sleep in during this time.

Will not be staying here again.
We come to okc often for various reasons and decided to give this hotel a chance.

The heating/Ac unit in the room not only didn't work 90% of the time, but when it did rarely turn on, it sounded like there was a semi in the room. SO incredibly loud.
We got up first thing in the morning to hopefully have the pool to ourselves to swim for awhile. When we walked in right at opening time, there was a small child swim lesson going on. We originally weren't bothered, thinking they'd probably be leaving soon. But they continued to stay with multiple very young swim students for hours. My boys couldn't play and splash around like kids normally would in fear they'd disrupt the toddlers and their instructor. We paid to stay here, so I feel it's unfair that we had to lose the ability to swim to someone hosting lessons.

The breakfast was good and the lady supplying the breakfast was attentive and so kind!

But overall definitely not worth the cost!!

The hotel has a remodeling project going on but no trouble with noise etc. on the first floor. The staff was helpful and pleasant. They were also aware of our requests and fulfilled them without reminders. We will stay here again when visiting our daughter.

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this IHG property again, only because my trip was last minute. It’s not a property I would have recommended before, but now will never even consider, no matter the circumstances. After waking up, I entered the bathroom to prepare to leave and noticed hundreds of little black like gnats covering all my jewelry, toiletries, towels, vanity, and sink. I turned the hot water on the sink and threw all the towels in the glass shower!! After scouring all my stuff, I put everything in a plastic bag which went into my trunk! The receptionist on duty that morning looked at me like I was some crazed idiot who was making things up. Her only comment to me was to keep my voice down!!! Wrong thing to say about a Diamond Elite, crazed idiot!!!! So hear me one and all, NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY, DRIVE ON!!!!

Everything about my stay with this hotel chain at the Edmond property was top shelf. The staff was exceptional and the overall property was extremely clean. My actual room accommodations paired right alongside of the so called major chains (of which I'm a member). Everything from my bedding to the bathroom and shower were all surprising great. The facility almost felt like it was brand new and I was the guest there.

The breakfast was phenomenal and the breakfast staff even better. This property is a must stay!

Excellent registration, nice facilities. Just a quick drop in one night stay on long travel so not much time to see the overall facilities but for the price and cleanliness/efficiency it is a place I'd recommend if in the area. A short 10-15 minute walk to many restaurants and a local distillery.
