Positive: Everything was very clean and well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the person we were visiting, and to shopping and restaurants. Negative: The hotel is old and badly in need of updating/refurbishing; while everything was clean, there was noticeable wear/tear everywhere. No towel racks/hooks for the vanity or shower. The floor in our room had a noticeable slope from the door to the window.

Definitely would not recommend. Room was not clean and had a musty moldy smell. We had sheets that were either badly stained or not changed at all. Floor was sticky and even found food in the corners of the room. There was gum stuck to the wall and other mystery things on the wall. We were supposed to stay a week and only stayed a night due to us getting in too late and being too tired to find something the same night. Parking lot was messy with cigarette butts and other things everywhere. Parking at night was very sketchy make sure you don’t have anything in your car in plane sight. I’ve been to motels that were cleaner and not sketchy at night.

Clean, comfortable, great customer service! The only problem I have is that they put a $50 deposit hold on my card. When asked about it, they said it could take 7-10 days to get it back. That should be refunded as soon as they check the room for any damages.

Pet friendly. Staff was accommodating and courteous. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. Room was clean. Water was hot. Shower heads had decent water pressure. The hotel itself is older and could use some updaing, but didn't effect my stay so I don't care. I'm pretty impressed with my stay here and intend to come here for my next trip to the area.

I stayed here this past weekend after being evacuated due to wildfires. I stayed for only two nights and am absolutely covered in large bites that I am having an extreme reaction to. The second night I decided to leave around 5 am just because I couldn't stand another minute there. I looked for bedbugs and didn't find any but have no idea what else could have bitten me up so bad. This is the only hotel stay I've ever had that resulted in me taking a trip to urgent care.

Customer service oriented and a great hotel! Rooms are clean and quiet, friendly and attentive staff, linens are clean, and the location is perfect. Safe parking area! Definitely recommend!
